5 ուղղություններով շարունակելու ենք անել ամեն ինչ, որ մեր բանակը լինի ոչ միայն մարտունակ, այլեւ ամենամարտունակը տարածաշրջանում, լուրջ ռազմավարական խնդիրներ լուծելու ունակ Զինված ուժեր: Այս մասին մարտի 19-ին Լոռու մարզում ընտրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է Հանրապետական կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակը գլխավորող, պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Առաջինը, ըստ նախարարի, մեր զորքերի կարողությունների ավելացումն է՝ սպառազինության նոր միջոցների ձեռք բերման եւ Հայաստանում դրանց մշակման եւ արտադրության միջոցով. «Այսօր մենք ունենք սպառազինություններ, որոնք արտադրված են ամբողջությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում: Մենք պետք է ավելացնենք մեր արտադրությունը, ինչպես նաեւ համագործակցությունը գործընկեր երկրների հետ՝ ժամանակակից եւ խելացի սպառազինման ծրագիր իրականացնելու, փոքր միջոցներով մեծ արդյունքների հասնելու համար»:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանի խոսքով, երկրորդ ուղղությունը զինծառայողների ծառայության անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացումն է. շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով այսօր Զինված ուժերը կարողանում է տեղադրել այնպիսի սարքավորումներ, որոնք զգալիորեն բարձրացնում են զինծառայողների անվտանգության մակարդակը: Այս ծրագիրը, նախարարի պնդմամբ, լինելու է շարունակական: Երրորդ կարեւորագույն ուղղությունը զինվորական ծառայության գրավչության ավելացումն է. «Մենք այնպես պետք է անենք, որ մեր երիտասարդները ձգտեն սպայական մասնագիտացում ստանալ: Արդեն այսօր Զինված ուժերն ամենամրցունակ գործատուներից մեկն է՝ առաջարկելով ամենաբարձր ստարտային աշխատավարձը մեր սպայական անձնակազմին»:

Չորրորդ հիմնական ուղղությունը արդարության ամրապնդումն է. լինի ժամկետային զինծառայող կամ սպա պետք է վստահ լինի՝ իր իրավունքները լիարժեք ապահովված են եւ պաշտպանված: Արդեն առաջիկայում նախարարի խոսքով ներկայացվելու է ժամկետային ծառայության նոր մեխանիզմների մի ընդարձակ եւ հավակնոտ ծրագիր:

Հինգերորդ ուղղությունն արդյունավետությունն է: Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ պետք է այնպես անել, որ հանրության մոտ որեւէ կասկած չլինի բանակում ծախսերի արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ:

«Անհրաժեշտ է մեծացնել քաղաքացիական վերահսկողության եւ թափանցիկության մակարդակն այնպես, որ տնտեսվարողներն իմանան՝ բանակի հետ գործ ունենալը եւ պատվաբեր է, եւ պարտավորեցնող: Նրանք պետք է առաջարկեն ամենաբարձր որակն ու միեւնույն ժամանակ պատասխանատու լինեն այդ որակի ու ժամկետների համար»,- ասել է նախարարը:
