Հարցն ուղարկել է Վահեն՝ 23 տարեկան.Բարև ձեզ, ես վերջերս բաժանվել եմ ընկերուհուցս ու հիմա փոշմանում եմ։ Ուզում եմ հետ բերեմ նրան, բայց չգիտեմ, թե ոնց պետք է անեմ դա։ Մենք մեկ տարուց ավել ընկերություն ենք արել ու էլի եղել է, որ կռվենք իրար հետ, բայց այս անգամ նա չի ուզում հասկանալ ինձ ու փոխվել։ Ինչպե՞ս կարող եմ հետ բերել նրան։ Պատասխանում է հոգեբանը.
Հարգելի Վահե, այն փաստը, որ Դուք բաժանվել եք, արդեն իսկ վկայում է այն մասին, որ Ձեր հարաբերություններում կան խնդիրներ, որոնք չեք կարողացել հաղթահարել ու դատելով Ձեր հարցի ձևակերպումից՝ կարող եմ ենթադրել, որ նման եզրահանգման պատճառներից մեկը ոչ այնքան Ձեր պատկերացրած խնդիրներն են, այլ այն իրողությունը, որ Դուք սթափ չեք գնահատում Ձեր դերակատարությունը հարաբերություններում և ծագած խնդիրների հարթման հարցում։
Դուք գրել եք «… բայց այս անգամ նա չի ուզում հասկանալ ինձ ու փոխվել», իսկ գուցե նա հենց դրա համար էլ չի՞ ուզում վերադառնալ, որովհետև անգամ այս պարագայում դուք խնդրի լուծումը տեսնում եք նրա «հասկանալու» ու նրա «փոխվելու» մեջ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ես չտեսա Ձեր հարցում որևիցէ բան, որ կվկայեր փոխվելու ու հասկանալու Ձեր պատրաստակամության մասին։
Մարդկային ու առավել ևս սիրային հարաբերություններում շատ կարևոր գործոն են սիմետրիան և արդարությունը, ուստի դժվար է ակնկալել հարատև ու ներդաշնակ հարաբերություններ մի իրավիճակում, երբ կողմերից մեկն անընդհատ պետք է զիջի ու համաձայնվի, «հասկանա ու փոխվի»։ Դա ընկճում է մարդուն, դիսկոմֆորտ է առաջացնում նրա համար այդ հարաբերություններում ու մի ինչ-որ պահ այդ ընկճվածությունն ու կուտակված բացասական էմոցիաները բավարար են լինում, որպեսզի մարդը մեկընդմիշտ վերջ դնի այդ հարաբերություններին։
Եթե Դուք իրապես ափսոսում եք Ձեր բաժանման մասին և, իրոք, ցանկանում եք վերադարձնել Ձեր ընկերուհուն, ապա նախ փորձեք հասկանալ «մեղքի» Ձեր չափաբաժինը ու նայեք ինքներդ Ձեզ՝ Նրա աչքերով։ Փորձեք սթափ գնահատական տալ ինքներդ Ձեզ ու աշխատել այն բնագծերի վրա, որոնք կոնֆլիկտածին են Ձեր հարաբերություններում։ Սա, իհարկե, չի նշանակում, որ ողջ մեղավորությունն ու պատասխանատվությունը պարտադիր կերպով պետք է կրեք միայն ու միայն Դուք, սակայն չի էլ նշանակում, որ պետք է կրի միայն ու միայն Ձեր ընկերուհին։
Կարելի է արձանագրել մի փաստ. այն հարաբերությունների ձևը, որը կար մինչ բաժանումը՝ ինչ-որ մի պահից սկսված կամ էլ ի սկզբանե, հանդուրժելի չէ եղել Ձեր ձուգընկերուհու համար, ինչը բերել է բախման կամ բախումների, որն էլ եզրահանգվել է հարաբերությունների խզումով։ Կարծում եմ, հնարավոր միակ արդյունավետ լուծումը կլինի կոմպրոմիսը, որովհետև եթե Ձեր ընկերուհին այնքան վճռականորեն է տրամադրված, որ պատրաստ է խզել կապը Ձեզ հետ, քիչ հավանական է, որ հնարավոր լինի նրան համոզել, կամ էլ ստիպել չանել դա՝ ուղղակի թեթևակի ձևափոխելով հինը, բայց չշտկելով խնդրո հիմնական առարկան։
Այսպիսով, կարելի է գալ հետևյալ պարզ եզրահանգմանը. օգնել Ձեզ վերադարձնել ընկերուհուն չի կարող ոչ հոգեբանը, ոչ ընկերը, ոչ էլ անգամ Ձեր ընկերուհին, եթե Դուք ինքներդ պատրաստ չլինեք օգնել ինքներդ Ձեզ, գնալ զիջումների ու, ի վերջո, լինել ազնիվ ինքներդ Ձեզ հետ։ Իսկ ազնվությունը պետք է կայանա հետևյալ հարցերին ճիշտ ու օբյեկտիվ պատասխանելու մեջ.
