Հայաստանում Ճապոնիայի դեսպանը պարգեւատրեց երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում ներդրում ունեցած հայերին

Հայաստանի եւ Ճապոնիայի միջեւ  դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի առթիվ Հայաստանում Ճապոնիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչին պատվոգրեր հանձնեց երկու երկրների միջեւ հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում ներդրում ունեցած հայերին:

Դեսպան Տագուչին, իր կեցավայրում շնորհավորելով մրցանակակիրներին, հույս հայտնեց, որ համագործակցությունը շարունակական բնույթ է կրելու: «Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին նշվեց Ճապոնիայի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակը: Մեր երկու երկրների հարաբերությունների հիմքը, ինչպես նաեւ այդ հարաբերությունների զարգացման ուժը, ազգերի եւ մարդկանց  միջեւ բարեկամությունն է: Ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի շնորհիվ Ճապոնիայի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ հարաբերությունները զարգանում են»,- ասաց դեսպանը:

Ճապոնիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի մրցանակին արժանացավ Հայաստանում ճապոներենի ուսուցման հիմնադիր Կարինե Քարամյանը, ով ճապոներենի դասախոս է Հայ-ռուսական համալսարանում:

ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի դեսպանի մրցանակին արժանացավ նաեւ «Իրոհա» հայ-ճապոնական կրթական և մշակութային փոխանակման կենտրոնը, որը գործում է 2014 թվականից: Կենտրոնի նախագահ Ռուզան Խոջիկյանը բազմաթիվ երիտասարդների, ուսանողների և մեծահասակների ճապոներեն է դասավանդել: Այժմ կենտրոնն ունի 50-ից ավելի ուսանող և մեծ դեր է խաղում Հայաստանում ճապոներենի տարածման գործում:

Հաջորդ մրցանակակիրը Հայաստանի ձյուդոյի ֆեդերացիան էր, որը հիմնադրվել է 1973 թ-ին։ Ներկայումս այն Հայաստանում ունի 37 մասնաճյուղ և մոտ 4 000 անդամ: Ֆեդերացիան մեծ ավանդ ունի դեսպանատան կողմից կազմակերպված Բուդո փառատոնի և ճապոնական մշակույթը ներկայացնող այլ միջոցառումների մեջ:

Էյջի Տագուչին մրցանակ հանձնեց նաեւ Հայաստանի կարատեի ազգային ֆեդերացիային, որը Հայաստանում ունի 27 անդամ ֆեդերացիաներ, 200 մասնաճյուղեր և մոտ 10 000 անդամ։ Լինելով ճապոնական մարտարվեստի տեսակներից մեկը՝ ճանաչվել է Միջազգային կարատեդոյի ֆեդերացիայի կողմից որպես Հայաստանի կարատեի միակ ֆեդերացիա:

Սպիտակ քաղաքի փրկարարական ծառայության պետ, ՀՀ ԱԻՆ փոխգնդապետ Սերոբ Գաբրիելյանը եւս արժանացավ Հայաստանում Ճապոնիայի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպանի մրցանակին: Նա JICA-ի ծրագրի միջոցով 2012 թ-ին այցելել է Ճապոնիա և հետազոտել Տոհոկուի աղետի տարածքի առկա վիճակը: Վերադառնալով հայրենիք՝ նա առաջարկել է տեղադրել խաչքար՝ ի հիշատակ Արևելյան Ճապոնիայի մեծ երկրաշարժի զոհերի: Ստանալով Սպիտակի քաղաքապետ Գագիկ Սահակյանի համաձայնությունը՝ Սերոբ Գաբրիելյանը  նախաձեռնել է Սպիտակ քաղաքի փրկարարական ծառայության անդամների ժողով, որոնց հետ համախմբված հավաքագրել է անհրաժեշտ գումարը, որից հետո հատկացված հողատարածքի վրա արդեն տեղադրվել է խաչքարը: Ամեն տարի մարտի 11-ին Սպիտակի քաղաքապետարանը արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Սպիտակ քաղաքի մասնաճյուղի հետ համատեղ անցկացնում է հոգեհանգստի և ծաղկեմատույցի արարողություն: Ծաղկեմատույցի այս արարողությունը Ճապոնիայի և Հայաստանի միջև մարդկային կապերի խորհրդանիշ է դարձել:
