Հազալու և փռշտալու դեպքում բերանը փակում ենք ձեռքերով

  

Հազալու և փռշտալու ժամանակ բերանը ձեռքերով փակելով մենք միկրոբներին օգնում ենք հայտնվել մաշկի վրա: Ինչպես ճիշտ անել. Փռշտալու կամ հազալու դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է բերանը փակել թաշկինակով, ավելի լավ կլինի մեկանգամյա օգտագործման անձեռոցիկով:

Եղունգները կտրում ենք մկրատով

  

 

Մկրատի օգտագործման դեպքում եղունգի ձևը դեֆորմացվում է, որի հետևանքով դրանք դառնում են փխրուն: Ինչպես ճիշտ անել. Պետք է եղունգների մշակման համար հատուկ իրերից օգտվել: Իսկ եթե պարզապես ցանկանում եք կարճացնել դրանք, ապա օգտվեք խարտոցից:
