Մեր տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները, ավելի կոնկրետ վերջին օրերին հայ-թուրքական նոր օրակարգն, ինչ-որ իմաստով ստվերեցին Էմանուել Մակրոնի նախաձեռնությամբ Բրյուսելում կայացած երկրորդ բարձրաստիճան Փաշինյան-Ալիև հանդիպումը։ Ուշադրության է արժանի Մակրոնի և ընդհանուր առմամբ ֆրանսիական դիվանագիտության նոր հետաքրքրությունը Ռուսաստանի, ինչպես նաև Հարավային Կովկասի նկատմամբ։

Նշենք, որ մինչ բրյուսելյան հանդիպումը Մակրոն-Պուտին հեռախոսազրույց էր տեղի ունեցել, որի առանցքային ժամանակը նախագահները տրամադրել էին հարավկովկասյան քննարկումներին, խոսել ԼՂ-ում առկա իրավիճակից և Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ հայտարարությունների կատարման ընթացքից։

Օրերս ևս մեկ ուշագրավ տեղեկություն տարածվեց՝ Ֆրանսիայում առաջիկա գարնանը կայանալիք նախագահական ընտրությունների մասնակցության հայտ ներկայացրած ծայրահեղ աջ թեկնածու էրիկ Զեմուրը եռօրյա այցով օրերս եղել էր Հայաստանում. դա Զեմուրի առաջին օտարերկրյա այցն էր՝ նախագահական քարոզարշավում պաշտոնապես ներգրավվելուց հետո։ Ծայրահեղ աջակողմյան հայացքներ ունեցող թեկնածուն և գուցե Մակրոնի հիմնական հակառակորդը քարոզարշավի մեկնարկին որոշել էր առաջինը հենց Հայաստան գալ, իր խոսքով` աջակցություն հայտնելու առաջին քրիստոնեական երկրին, որն այսօր էլ ոտնձգությունների է ենթարկվում հարևանների՝ Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի կողմից։

Տարբեր տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ նախագահական ընտրությունների այլ թեկնածուներ ևս այցելելու են Երևան, ինչը հատկապես ուշագրավ է, եթե հիշենք ամիսներ առաջ ակտիվորեն շրջանառվող տեղեկությունը, թե տեղի է ունենալու Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի այցը Երևան, սակայն այն այդպես էլ տեղի չունեցավ և նույնիսկ այցի հնարավոր ժամկետներն անորոշ մնացին։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահական ընտրությունների թեկնածուները լուրջ հույսեր են կապում Ֆրանսիայի հայկական համայնքի կես միլիոնից ավելի ձայների հետ։

Ըստ էության, որպես խաղացող՝ պետք է տարանջատել Ֆրանսիային ԱՄՆ-ից և ԵՄ-ից, քանի որ Ֆրանսիան իր խաղն ունի թե՛ Ռուսաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերություններում, թե՛ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, թե՛ ավելի մեծ խնդիրներում։ Այս ամենը պետք է դիտարկել  Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք ծիրում. իսկ ի՞նչ ունենք․ երկու կողմերի իրավիճակը լարված է, բոլոր բևեռները պատրաստվում են նոր աշխարհակարգի, որում Ֆրանսիան ունի գործընկերներ, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանը, Հայաստանը, և փորձում է ընդլայնել իր ազդեցության գոտիները Հարավային Կովկասում՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ լավ հարաբերություններ սահմանելով՝ ինչպես նաև Վրաստանի հետ խորացնելով։

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում շատ կարևոր է նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ ՌԴ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը նոր կանոններ է փորձում առաջարկել աշխարհին, որոնք կարող են կայունացնել իրավիճակները և հստակեցնել բոլոր խաղացողների կարմիր գծերը, դա կարող է իրավիճակ փոխել նաև հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանում, իսկ այդ առաջարկներն արվել են, քանի որ իրավիճակն Ուկրաինայի շուրջ բավականին լարված է։

Պետք է արձանագրել, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ոչ միայն Ֆրանսիայի, այլև բոլոր խաղացողների հետաքրքրությունն է ավելացել, քանի որ մեր տարածաշրջանով կարևոր ճանապարհներ կարող են անցնել, և ռեգիոնը, կարելի է ասել, որ ձևափոխվում է, ընդլայնվում, և այն դիտարկել միմիայն երեք երկրների և հետաքրքիր աշխարհագրություն ունեցող ռեգիոն՝ սխալ կլինի, քանի որ մի քանի իմաստներով սա դառնում է ռազմավարական նշանակության տարածաշրջան։ Ուստի յուրաքանչյուրն իր պատառիկն է փորձում ստանալ։
