Երեկ՝ հունվարի 11-ին, ժամը 17:30-ի սահմաններում Տավուշի մարզի հայ-ադրբեջանական պետական սահմանի Բաղանիս գյուղի հատվածում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները դիվերսիոն փորձ են իրականացրել: Ինչպես արդեն իսկ հայտնել էր ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը, հակառակորդի ստորաբաժանումների առաջխաղացումը ժամանակին հայտնաբերվել է: Հայոց բանակի արագ արձագանքման համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումը դարանակալել եւ չեզոքացրել է Հայաստանի պետական սահմանը խախտած դիվերսիոն խմբի գործողությունները:
Նշենք, որ կրակոցների ժամանակ հակառակորդը ունեցել է զոհեր, դիվերսիոն խմբի մի անդամի դիակը գտնվում էր միջդիրքային տարածքում: Հարկ է նկատել, որ ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները ելնելով ՄՄԻ նորմերից, թույլատրել են ադրբեջանական կողմին հանել դիվերսանտներից մեկի դիակը: Ցավով պետք է նշել, որ փոխհրաձգության ընթացքում հայկական կողմը եւս զոհ է ունեցել, զոհվել է տարածքում գտնվող հովիվ Սերյոժա Նիկոլայի Սարգսյանը:
Թե իրականում ի՞նչ վիճակ է ներկայումս տիրում Տավուշի սահմանամերձ գյուղերում, Orer.am-ը պարզեց սահմանապահ գյուղերի գյուղապետերից: Ինչպես նշեց Բաղանիսի գյուղապետ Նարեկ Սահակյանը. «Գիշերը ժամը 1-ից հետո հետո կրակոցներ գյուղի ուղղությամբ չեն լսվել, հիմա ամեն ինչ հանգիստ է ու խաղաղ, խոճապ չկա: Դիրքերի ուղղությամբ չեմ կարող ասել, կրակոցներ հնչել են, թե՝ ոչ, բայց գյուղի ուղղությամբ առավոտյան կողմ եւս կրակոցներ չեն եղել: Պետք է նշեմ, որ երեկ մեր գյուղի բնակիչները կրել են նյութական վնասներ՝ երկու տուն է վնասվել, բայց փառք Աստծո, որ վնասը նյութական էր: Գնդակը մենք պահել ենք, որպեսզի հանձնենք որպես իրեղեն ապացույց: Ճիշտ է հակառակորդն անընդհատ խախտում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը եւ փորձում վախի մեջ պահել գյուղի բնակիչներին, բայց մեր բանակն էլ այդ քայլերն անպատասխան չի թողնում, մեր բանակն իր տեղում է` ամուր պահելով մեր դիրքերը։ Այսօր գյուղի բնակիչները խուճապի մեջ չեն: Պետք է մեկ անգամ եւս շեշտեմ, որ մեր գյուղը վստահում է մեր բանակին, հենց այդ պատճառով էլ խուճապի չենք մատնվում:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է մահացած հովվին, ապա կարող եմ ասել, որ նա եղել է Ոսկեւանի բնակիչ Սերյոժա Սարգսյանը՝ ծնված 1935 թվականին, գյուղում նրան Հրանտիկ էին ասում, հայրենասեր մարդ էր»:
Չինարի գյուղապետ Սամվել Սաղոյանն էլ նշեց. «Մեր գյուղում վիճակը հանգիստ է, միջադեպը եղել է հակառակ ուղղությամբ, որը մեր գյուղի տարածքից հեռու է: Գիշերը եւ առավոտվա կողմ կրակոցներ չենք լսել, ամեն ինչ հանգիստ է, խուճապ բնակիչների շրջանում չկա»։
Այգեպարի գյուղապետ Անդրանիկ Այդինյանն էլ նկատեց. «Գիշերը կրակոցներ եղել են, բայց դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, առայժմ մարդկային եւ նյութական վնասներ չունենք: Ներկայումս գյուղատնտեսական՝ գարնանային աշխատանքներ չկան, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ մարդիկ քիչ են դուրս գալիս բաց տարածքներ»:
Կարմիր Աղբյուրի գյուղապետ Մանվել Կամենդատյանն էլ մեզ հետ զրույցի ժամանակ ասաց. «Մեր գյուղում վիճակը նորմալ է, խուճապ չկա, մենք վստահում ենք սահմանը պահող մեր զինվորներին»։
Ինչպես նկատում ենք, սահմանապահ գյուղերի բնակիչներն այլեւս կորցրել են վախի զգացումը։ Վերջիններիս համար հակառակորդի լկտի եւ անմարդկային պահվածքը սովորական է դարձել: Սակայն, ի հեճուկս ադրբեջանական գործողությունների եւ սպասումների, հարկ ենք գտնում նկատել, որ ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները լիովին տիրապետում են իրավիճակին։ Հակառակորդի ամեն մի քայլ հսկողության տակ է:
