ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության և «Երևանի Մխիթար Հերացու անվան պետական բժշկական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի միջև կնքվել է համագործակցության հուշագիր:
ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը նշել է, որ նախարար նշանակվելուց օրեր անց իր ուշադրության կենտրոնում է հայտնվել այդ ընթացքում մամուլում շրջանառվող այն տեղեկատվությունը, որ քրեակատարողական համակարգում բուժանձնակազմի պակաս կա, և քրեակատարողականների բժիշկները ֆիզիկապես չեն հասցնում օգնություն ցուցաբերել բոլորին:
Հուշագիրը միտված է լրացնելու այս բացը:
Գեղեցիկ է հնչում, անշուշտ, երբ պարոն նախարարը հոգին տարոսիկների պես բացել է և բաժանում է կալանավորներին: Պարզապես զարմանում եմ, թե ոնց պարոն նախարարի ուշադրությանը չեն արժանանում այնպիսի «չնչին» մանրուքներ, ինչպիսին գերբեռնված խցերն ու «սմենով» քնող կալանավորները, նրանց իրավունքների բազմակի խախտումները քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում, տեսակցությունները հեռախոսախցիկներից դուրս կազմակերպելու համար առանց ՀԴՄ կտրոնի «գանձվող» գումարները...
