Չգիտեմ, թե ով էր գրել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ելույթի տեքստը, բայց միանշանակ գրողն իր բոլոր հաշվարկների մեջ սխալվել էր: Նախ, տեքստն ընդհանրապես համապատասխանեցված չէր Ծառուկյանի ինտելեկտուալ ունակություններին և բառապաշարին: Եթե գրողը մի փոքր տրամաբաներ, ապա տեքստում գոնե մի քանի տեղ կօգտագործեր «ինքնըստինքյան» և «ասենք թե» բառերը, գոնե կիմանար, որ Ծառուկյանն, իր անունից խոսելիս, հաճախ խոսում է ոչ թե առաջին, այլ՝ երրորդ դեմքով, հաճախ ասում է ոչ թե «ես...», այլ՝ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը...»:
Սա՝ տեխնիկական մասը, հիմա անցնեմ բովանդակայինին:
Բովանդակայինն էլ առանձնապես տեխնիկականին չի զիջում իր անկատարությամբ և խոցելիությամբ: Գրված է երկրի տնտեսական և սոցիալական խնդիրների մասին՝ մոռանալով, որ այդ խնդիրները ստեղծողներից մեկն էլ Ծառուկյանն է, որ Կառավարության ձախողումների հետ ինքն ու իր կուսակցությունն էլ կապ ունեն, քանի որ տարիներ շարունակ եղել է նույն իշխանության մասնիկը: Առաջարկվում են իբրև թե քայլեր՝ ժողովրդի սոցիալական և երկրի տնտեսական վիճակը բարելավելու համար, սակայն կոնկրետ ոչինչ չի ասվում: Ավելին, տեքստը գրողն ինքն իրեն չի էլ հարցրել, թե ի՞նչ է արել կամ անում Ծառուկյանը` երկրի տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու և մարդկանց սոցիալական վիճակը լավացնելու համար, կամ ինչպե՞ս է դա պատրաստվում անել՝ կազինոնե՞ր, ռեստորանային համալիրնե՞ր, թե՞ 150 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ հյուրանոց կառուցելով, որը արդյունքում դարձավ ընդամենը ԲՀԿ-ի նիստերի անցկացման վայր: Տեքստում խոսվում է «Նաիրիտից», այդ կապակցությամբ քննադատվում են իշխանությունները, և կրկին հեղինակը մոռանում է, որ օրինակ՝ Ծառուկյանը վերոհիշյալ 150 միլիոն դոլարը պետության և ժողովրդի համար անօգուտ և անպտուղ այդ հյուրանոցի կառուցման վրա ծախսելու փոխարեն, կարող էր լուծումներ առաջարկել «Նաիրիտի» հարցում կամ թեկուզ ինչ-որ գործարան կառուցել, արտադրություն հիմնել: Տնտեսությունն այդպես է զարգանում, ոչ թե՝ հյուրանոցներով ու կազինոներով:
Ի՞նչ դրական քայլերից է խոսում նորաթուխ հեղափոխականը: Ի՞նչ մենք պետք է ակնկալենք նրանից, եթե հանկարծ նա գա իշխանության, որ ամբողջ երկիրը լցվի կազինոներով ու թանկանոց հյուրանոցներո՞վ, իսկ մեծն «թագավորին» դեմ լինողներին սպառնան նետել առյուծների վանդա՞կը: Ամենևին էլ խոստումնալից հեռանկար չէ, և մնում է ուրախությամբ արձանագրել, որ, բարեբախտաբար, նա իշխանության գալու շանսեր չունի:
Միակ մասնագիտորեն շատ թե քիչ հաջողված պահը տեքստի մեջ այն էր, որ կիրառվել է մեղադրական հարցադրումներից և կոնկրետ հարցերի պատասխաններից խույս տալու տեխնոլոգիան. այսինքն՝ մեղադրանքներին պատասխանել են մեղադրանքներով, որոնք, ի դեպ, նույնպես համոզիչ ձևակերպված չէին, բայց այս ամենը չի նշանակում, որ հնչած մեղադրանքները կմոռացվեն և իշխանությունները հետամուտ չեն լինի` բացահայտումներ անելու: Ծառուկյանի համար, կարծում եմ, ամեն ինչ դեռ առջևում է՝ ոչ դրական իմաստով:
