SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում սպանություն հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Նոյեմբերի 23-ին շտապօգնության «Կենտրոն» ենթակայանից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Մաշտոցի պողոտայի շենքերից մեկի բնակարան, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են կնոջ դի։

Իսկ հարազատները հայտնել են, որ նա հանկարծամահ է եղել։  Նշված վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի պետ Արման Պապյանը, բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Թադևոսյանը և քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Հակոբկոխյանը։  Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը 70-ամյա Զոյա Է․-ն է։

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն, արտաքին զննությամբ՝ մահացածի աչքի տակ հայտնաբերվել է կապտուկ։ Ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները, ձեռնարկելով անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ միջոցառումներ, պարզել են, որ կապտուկն առաջացել է նշված բնակարանում Զոյա Է․-ի աղջկա՝ նույն հասցեի բնակիչ 47-ամյա Մարինա Պ․-ի կողմից բռունցքով հարվածելու հետևանքով։

Քրեական հետախուզության օպեր լիազորները նշված բնակարանում հայտնաբերել են Մարինա Պ․-ին և տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին, որտեղից էլ նրան ներկայացրել են Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։
