Մինչ Արցախից զանգվածային տարհանում է ընթանում, իսկ ստեղծված իրավիճակում կարելի է օրհասական համարել, փաշինյանական իշխանություներն ու նրանց սպասարկուները չեն խորշում կեղծիքներ տարածել Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի համակարգող, նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հասցեին։ Առայժմ միայն ֆեյք էջերով և իշխանությանը հավատարիմ դեղին մամուլի միջոցով փորձել են կեղծիքներ տարածել՝ իբր Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը փորձել է փախչել Արցախից։

Վարդանյանն, ի դեպ, այսօր էլ գտնվում է Արցախում, օրեր առաջ էլ հայտարել էր, թե մտադիր չէ լքել Արցախը։ Արցախը մտադիր չէ լքել նաև Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը։ Երեկ նա լրատվամիջոցներին հայտնել է, թե՝ ծնվել է Արցախում, Ասկերան քաղաքում, հիմա էլ ապրում է այնտեղ շարունակելու է ապրել, իսկ հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է վերաբերվում Արցախը զինվորականներին, նախկին պաշտոնյաներին և հասարակ քաղաքացիներին, Բալասանյանը խուսափել է պատասխանել՝ արժանապատվորեն նշելով, թե՝ «Գնացողը գնում է, մնացողը մնում, ամեն մարդ ինքն է որոշում իր ապրելու վայրը»։

Իսկ Արցախից ճողոպրողներ կան և, որ բոլորովին էլ զարմանալի չէ, որ Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի մեկ այլ նախկին քարտուղար ՝«Միասնական հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սամվել Բաբայանն արդեն հայտնվել է Հայաստանում։ Ըստ իր հայտարարության՝ նա անցած գիշեր մեքենայով կարողացել է առանց խոչընդոտների հատել Հակարիի կամուրջը և ժամանել Երևան։ Ի դեպ, դեռ օգոստոսի 8 -ին Սամվել Բաբայանը հայտարարում էր, որ չի պատրաստվում լքել Արցախը։ «Եթե գնալու լինեն, ես վերջին մարդն եմ լինելու, որ այստեղից դուրս կգամ»,- ասում էր նա։

Տևական ժամանակ փորձելով զավթել իշխանությունն Արցախում և անհաջողության մատնվելով՝ Բաբայանն այժմ էլ չի խորշում խախտել իր իսկ հայտարարությունը և փախչել Արցախից՝ հազարավոր մարդկանց թողնելով ադրբեջանական սարսափի ճիրաններում:
