Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտող կողմերը հիմնախնդրում հաջողությանը շատ ավելի մոտ են, քան երբևէ եղել են, սակայն մանրամասները բացահայտել դեռևս վաղ է: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այս մասին Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն ասել է Բաքվում ադրբեջանցի գործընկերոջ` Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ հանդիպումից հետո հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ: «Մենք հիմքեր ունենքենթադրելու, որ այս անգամ մենք շատավելի ենք մոտենում հաջողությանհեռանկարին, քան մինչ այս եղել է»,- ընդգծել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը` հավելելով, որ հունիսի 20-ին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադ րբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև եղած պայմանավորվածության մանրամասները չի բացահայտելու:

«Հասկանալի պատճառներով` մենք հրապարակայնորեն չենք քննարկում այն գաղափարները, որոնք քննարկվումեն հանդիպման շրջանակում: Երեք երկրի ղեկավարները հունիսի 20-ին հատուկ պայմանավորվել են, որ զգուշորենենք վերաբերվելու հույսի այն ծիլերին, որոնք հայտնվել են: Ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ ինչ-որ բան ենք թաքցնում,այլ պարզապես սա բանակցությունների ժամանակ էթիկական նորմա է»,- հավելել է Լավրովը:

Նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը երկկողմ շփումների ժամանակ քննարկում են հստակ քայլեր, որոնք ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում կարող են և պետք է հանգեցնեն առաջընթացի: «Երեկ (հուլիսի 11-ին) Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ անկեղծ, մանրամասն և վստահելի երկխոսություն ենք ունեցել: Քննարկել ենք երկկողմ հարաբերությունները և հստակեցրել ենք հետագա քայլերը, որոնք ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում կարող են հանգեցնել առաջընթացի»,- ասել է Լավրովը:

Ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ-ի փոխանցմամբ` Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Մամեդյարովը ևս անդրադարձել է ԼՂ հակամարտության խնդրին` ասելով. «Ներկայում մենք ակտիվ երկխոսության, անգամ եռախոսության ձևաչափում ենք: Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներն ակտիվորեն մասնակցում են քննարկումներին: Դրա նպատակը դեռևս չհամաձայնեցված հարցերի շուրջ առաջընթացի գրանցումն է: Մենք պետք է կարգավորենք այս հարցերը քայլ առ քայլ, որպեսզի կարգավորենք հակամարտությունները, որոնք վտանգ են ներկայացնում գլոբալ անվտանգությանը»:
