Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանն ասել է, թե «Ժառանգությունում» կարգուկանոնի պակաս կա, այնինչ ավելի շուտ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ կուսակցությունում իր տեղում գտնվող ուժեղ և սկզբունքային առաջնորդի պակաս կա: Մեկից ավելի անգամներ Ազատության հրապարակի հարթակում ԼՏՊ-ի և Ծառուկյանի կողմից նվաստանալուց հետո Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը ոչ միայն չհամարձակվեց եռյակը լքելու մասին որոշում կայացնել (չնայած որ հայտարարել էր, որ եռյակում միասնական օրակարգ չկա), այլ նաև որպես ԲՀԿ-ի հերթական դուստր ձեռնարկություն հավանաբար կրկին ԲՀԿ-ի ազդեցության տակ նույնատիպ լղոզված և ոչինչ չասող մեկնաբանություն տվեց այն մասին, թե ինչու չմիացավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկին: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանն ինքը ասել էր, որ եռյակի մյուս լիդերների հետ թեկուզ ունեն տարբեր կարծիքներ, սակայն ամենակարևոր հարցի շուրջ ունեն միասնական տեսակետ: Իսկ այդ ամենակարևոր հարցը նրանց համար իշխանափոխությունն է: Եվ հիմա ստացվեց, որ, այո, իսկապես այդ հարցի շուրջ ոչ իշխանականների տեսակետը միասնական է՝ նրանք դեմ են նախագահի պաշտոնանկությանը: Իհարկե, «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցությունից միայն Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանը կողմ քվերակեց Փաշինյանի առաջարկին, սակայն չմոռանանք, որ Արզումանյանը խմբակցության անդամ է, այլ ոչ կուսակցության:
Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը մոռացել է, որ ընդամենը մեկ տարի առաջ «սկզբունքորեն» պայքարում էր Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ և հայտարարում, որ «զադնի չկա»: Այնինչ, աղոթքի տեսքով «զադնին» սպասեցնել չտվեց, որից հետո Րաֆֆու գործերն էլ սկսեցին դեպի «զադնի» գնալ: Եվ այսօր տեղին ինքնախոստովանություն է անում «Ժառանգության» առաջնորդը, երբ ասում է, որ կուսակցության ներսում կա կարգուկանոնի պակաս, իսկ իր և Ռուբեն Հակոբյանի տեսակետները հաճախ տարբեր են: Նման առաջնորդի դեպքում կարգուկանոնի մասին խոսք լինել էլ չի կարող, իսկ Ռուբեն Հակոբյանը ակնհայտ է, որ եռյակի լիդերների համար այսօր ավելի մեծ հետաքրքրություն է ներկայացնում, քան Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը, հետևաբար նրանց տեսակետները չեն կարող նույնը լինել:
