Բոլորս խոսում ենք հեռուստաեթերի, համացանցի կամ տպագիր մամուլի մեղմ ասած անմխիթար վիճակի մասին` առանց հստակեցնելու մեր պահանջները վերոնշյալ լրատվական հարթակներից: Եթե փոքր ինչ ուսումնասիրենք դրանց աշխատանքի մեխանիզմները, կհասկանանք, որ պահանջելու իրավունք ունենք բացառապես պետական լրատվամիջոցներից, որորվհետև լինի հեռուստատեսություն, համացանցային լրատվամիջոց ու թե տպագիր մամուլ, հանդիսանում է մեծ հաշվով բիզնես կամ ինչ որ մարդու կամ քաղաքական ուժի շահերը սպասարկող մասսայական լրատվություն ապահովող հարթակ, որը բնականաբար պետք է ծառայի կա՛մ եկամուտ ապահովելուն, կա՛մ սեփական պաատկերացումները ու դիրքորոշումը մասսայականացնելուն: Պահանջել բիզնեսմենին կամ քաղաքական ուժին մի կողմ դնել իր բիզնես շահը կամ անձնական գաղափարներն ու մոտեցումները հանուն ինչ ինչ վեհ գաղափարների, պարզապես անմտություն է, նամանավանդ որ այդ լրատվությունը ապահովվում է պսառողի հետ անմիջական համագործակցության արդյունքում: Մասնավորապես վերցնենք հեռուստաեթերը.
Հեռուստաընկերությունը մշտադիտարկում իրականացնող ընկերությանը պատվիրում է իրեն ներկայացնել սեփական եթերի դիտելիության ցուցանիշները, որ համար բավականին զգալի գումար է վճարում: Համադրելով այդ տվյալները ու մանրամասն վերլուծություն իրականացնելով, հեռուստատեսությունը ձևավորում է իր եթերը, հաղորդումների հեռարձակման ժամերը ու դիտելիության տվյալների հիման վրա սահմանում գովազդի մեկ րոպեի արժեքը տվյալ ժամի համար: Այսինքն, եթե բրազիլական սերիալը իրեն տալիս է մեծ հեռուստադիտողների զանգված, նա բնականաբար պետք է հեռարձակի այդ թեկուզ անմակարդակ հեռուստասերիալը, քանի որ նույն այդ հեռուստասերիալի ընթացքում տեղադրված գովազդը ավելի թանկ է, քան ասենք ռազմահայրենասիրական ինչ որ հաղորդման ընթացքում տեղադրված գովազդը:
Մոտավորապես նույն կերպ աշխատում են նաև համացանցային կամ տպագիր լրատվամիջոցները: Եթե սկանդալային ու նույնիսկ ստահոդ լրատվությունը նրան ապահովում է բարձր թվով այցելություններ, որը նա ասենք Google Analitics-ի միջոցով ներկայացնում է իր գովազդատուին, ով գովազդային բաների համար տվյալ դեպքում ավելի շատ է վճարում, ապա տվյալ լրատվամիջոցը հաստատ չի ապահովի այլ լրատվություն:
Այսինքն լրատվամիջոց-սպառող-գովազդատու «հանցավոր» համաձայնության արդյունքում ապահովվում է ցածրորակ լրատվություն, որի համար մեծ հաշվով ոչ ոք մեղավոր չէ:
Սպառողը իրավունք ունի պահանջել բարձրորակ լրատվություն այն լրատվամիջոցներից, որոնք աշխատում են պետական ֆինանսավորմամբ` Հանրային հեռուստատեսություն, Հանրային ռադիո, պետական տպագիր մամուլ, լրատվական գործակալություն և այլն, քանի որ դրանց ֆինանսավորումը իրականացվում է մեր վճարած հարկերից:
Պահանջել բիզնեսմենից սեփական բիզնես շահերն ու հետաքրքրությունները մի կողմ թողնել ու ազգ կրթել, անմտություն է: Մասնավոր լրատվամիջոցների լրահոսը բացառապես կախված է սեփական շահից ու աշխատակազմերի կրթվածության մակարդակից ու բարոյական ֆիլտրերից: Այսինքն լրատվամիջոցների կոնտենտի համար գոյություն ունի երկու ֆիլտր` օբյեկտիվ ու սուբյեկտիվ: Օբյոկտիվը` սեփական շահ, սուբյեկտիվը` սթաֆի բարոյական ու մտավոր նկարագիր:
Միակ ճանապարհը բարձրակարգ աշխատակազմ ունենալն ու ժամանակի ընթացքում բարձրակարգ սպառող ձևավորելն է, որը մեծ ջանքեր, ժամանակ ու նպատակադրված աշխատանք է պահանջում և կապված է հավելյալ ծախսերի հետ:
