Անցած տարի ՀՀ ԱՆ դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության կողմից իրականացված բռնագանձումների ծավալը գերազանցել է 37 միլիարդ դրամի սահմանագիծը: Այս մասին 2014թ. ԴԱՀԿ գործունեության արդյունքների ամփոփիչ ասուլիսում տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող, գեներալ-մայոր Միհրան Պողոսյանը: «Անցած տարի հարուցվել է 480 հազար 75 կատարողական վարույթ՝ նախորդ տարվա 123 հազար 228-ի դիմաց»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Պողոսյանը:
Անցած տարվա ընթացքում հարուցված կատարողական վարույթներով հաշվետու տարում պահանջատերերի օգտին բռնագանձվել և վերականգնվել է 37 միլիարդ 923 միլիոն 190 հազար 630 դրամ՝ նախորդ տարվա բռնագանձված և վերականգնված 20 միլիարդ 79 միլիոն 203 հազար 874 դրամ գումարի դիմաց:
ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ ոչ գույքային բնույթներով հարուցվել և ընթացք է տրվել 24 հազար 424 կատարողական վարույթի՝ նախորդ տարվա 21 հազար 657-ի փոխարեն: Ավարտված և կարճված կատարողական վարույթների քանակը 2014թ. կազմել է 352 հազար 614 կատարողական վարույթ՝ նախորդ տարվա 119 հազար 98-ի փոխարեն:
2014թ. ԴԱՀԿ-ն դատախազություն և քննչական կոմիտե ուղարկել է 30 գործ, որոնցից 4-ի դեպքում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, 5-ը մերժվել է, մյուսներն ընթացքի մեջ են:
Ամփոփիչ ասուլիսից առաջ ՀՀ ԱՆ ԴԱՀԿ ապահովող ծառայությունում տեղի է ունեցել ընդլայնված կազմով խորհրդակցություն, որը վարել է ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող, գեներալ-մայոր Միհրան Պողոսյանը: Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել և ամփոփվել են ԴԱՀԿ ծառայության 2014թ. գործունեության արդյունքները: Ըստ օրակարգի ներկայացվել են հարկադիր կատարողների կողմից գումարների բռնագանձումների, կատարողական վարույթների կարճումների և ավարտների վերաբերյալ զեկույցները: Այնուհետև ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի հրամանով 2014թ. կատարված աշխատանքների արդյունքով ծ առայողական պարտականությունները պատշաճ կատարելու համար ԴԱՀԿ ապահովող ծառայության 85 աշխատակից արժանացել են տարբեր խրախուսումների:
ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի հրամանով «ԴԱՀԿ ապահովող ծառայության լավագույն բաժին» փոխանցիկ մրցանակների են արժանացել ծառայության երկու բաժին: Փոխանցիկ մրցանակը սահմանվել է երկու տարի առաջ և ամենամյա բնույթ է կրում
