ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն անդրադարձել է  Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնակատար Վալերի Սեմերիկովի այն հայտարարությանը, թե ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում Բելառուսի թեկնածության համաձայնեցման համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր փաստաթղթերը ուղարկվել են կազմակերպության անդամ երկրներին:

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը ռուսական ՏԱՍՍ գործակալության հետ զրույցում ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործունեության հիմքում առկա է բոլոր անդամ պետությունների կողմից կոնսենսուսով որոշումների կայացման սկզբունքը: «ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի պարտականությունների վաղաժամ դադարեցմամբ պայմանավորված առկա իրավիճակը կարգավորող սկզբունքների, նորմատիվ-իրավական բազայի մշակման հետ կապված քաղաքական քննարկումներն անդամ երկրների միջև շարունակվում են: Գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հետ կապված որոշման կայացումն այս հարթությունում է: Այդ համատեքստում մեզ համար պարզ չէ, թե ինչ փաստաթղթերի մասին է խոսել ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնակատար Վալերի Սեմերիկովը, այստեղ առաջնահերթ խնդիր է այդ սկզբունքի մշակումը ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ երկրների մակարդակում»,-ասել է Աննա Նաղդալյանը:
