ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ու մյուսների  քրեական գործը մակագրվել է Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության  դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին:

Այդ մասին տեղեկացանք «Դատալեքս» դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Առաջին ատյանում Քոչարյանի գործը քննած դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը, որը մեղադրվում է պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու մեջ, չի կարող շարունակել քննությունը, քանի որ քրեական գործի հարուցումից հետո նրա լիազորությունները դադարեցվել են:

Համաձայն մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, 1998 թ․ապրիլի 9-ից մինչև 2008 թվականի ապրիլի 9-ը զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ նախագահի պաշտոնը, տապալել է ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը, ինչպես նաև իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով «Թի Էս Էս Սի Արմենիա» ՍՊ ընկերության միակ մասնակից և տնօրեն Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի օգտին գործողություններ կատարելուն նպաստելու, 2008 թվականի փետրվարին և մայիսին Սամվել Մայրապետյանի օժանդակությամբ նրանից ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 927․000․000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 3․000․000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք։

Սեյրան Օհանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2008 թվականին հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետը, այլ անձանց հետ հանցակցությամբ, տապալել է ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը։

Յուրի Խաչատուրովը մեղադրվում է այն պատճառով, որ 2008 թվականին հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղակալը-Երևանի կայազորի պետը, այլ անձանց հետ հանցակցությամբ, տապալել է սահմանադրական կարգը։

Արմեն Գևորգյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, 2006 թվականի փետրվարից մինչև 2008 թվականի ապրիլի 21-ը զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի և Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնները, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, խոչընդոտներ վերացնելու և ցուցումներ տալու եղանակով օժանդակել է ՀՀ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին՝ տապալելու ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը։

Բացի այդ, Արմեն Գևորգյանը, Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի օգտին գործողություններ կատարելուն նպաստելու համար, 2008 թ․ ապրիլին Սամվել Մայրապետյանի օժանդակությամբ նրանից ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 309․000․000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 1․000․000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք, ինչպես նաև նույն ժամանակ թաքցնելով ու խեղաթյուրելով նշված գումարի իրական բնույթն ու ծագումը, օրինականացրել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված եկամուտները:
