«Ժառնագություն» կուսակցությունը թեև հայտարարություն է տարածել, որով փորձել է տեսակետ հայտնել Ամուլսարի մասին, սակայն այնքան էլ հստակ չէ, թե կո՞ղմ են Ամուլսարի շահագործմանը, թե՞ ոչ:

Կուսակցության հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ իրենք պատրաստակամություն են հայտնում մասնակցել հարցերի համակողմանի քննարկումներին: Բացի այդ՝ «Ժառանգություն»-ը համոզված է, որ միայն հավասարակշռված պետական քաղաքականությամբ, մասնագիտական ներուժի համախմբմամբ, փոխըմբռնման մթնոլորտում հնարավոր կլինի փրկել Հայաստանի և՛ բնությունը, և՛ արդյունաբերությունը հին կործանարար սխալներից ու նոր թյուրըմբռնումներից:

Թե խոսքը ինչ արդյունաբերության մասին է, կրկին պարզ չէ, քանի որ Հայաստանը ներկա պահին հումք արդյունաբերող երկիր չէ, իսկ եթե խոսքը խորհրդային տարիների արդյունաբերության մասին է, ապա հիշեցնենք, որ երբեմնի արդյունաբերական հսկաներն այսօր չկան: Կուսակցության հայտարարությունից տպավորություն է առաջանում, թե ինչ-որ մեկը թույլ չի տալիս, որ իրենք մասնակցեն մասնագիտական քննարկումներին կամ արտահայտվեն:

Ստացվում է, որ եթե իրենք դեռ կարծիք չեն հայտնել, ապա այս օրերին ընթացող տարբեր ձևաչափերի քննարկումները նրանց կարծիքով սիրողական բնույթ ունեն: Մինչդեռ, թե՛ օնլայն տիրույթում, թե՛ տարբեր ձևաչափերով Ամուլսարի շուրջ քննարկումների պակաս չկա, իսկ հասարակությունը բաժանվել է հիմնականում «դեմ» և «կողմ» հատվածների, ինչը բնական է: Ուստի, կուսակցությունը իր հայտարարությամբ պետք է հստակ դիրքորոշում հայտներ, ոչ թե փորձեր բարոյախրատական դասեր տալ:

Եթե ժառանգականներն ավելի ակտիվորեն հետևեին լրահոսին, ապա կպարզեին, որ տեղի մասնագետները, փորձագետ-գիտնականները՝ կենսաբանները, քիմիկոսները, երկրաբանները և բնապահպանները հիմնականում դեմ են Ամուլսարի շահագործմանը, քանի որ իրենց կարծիքով վտանգները կառավարել հնարավոր չի լինելու: Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցի քաղաքական կողմին, ապա շատերը համոզված են, որ Ամուլսարի հարցը վաղուց դուրս է տնտեսական լինելուց:

Այն ավելի շատ քաղաքական նշանակություն ունի երկրի համար, որից պարզ կդառնա, թե իշխանափոխությունից հետո, այնուամենայնիվ, երկրում իրավիճակ փոխվե՞լ է, թե՞ Հայաստանը շարունակում է գերտերությունների համար երրորդ կարգի՝ սպասարկող երկիր մնալ: Կուսակցության հայտարարությունից պարզ չի նաև, թե իրենք ում շահերն են գերադասում, ուստի, տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ որոշել են իրադարձություններից հետ չմնալու համար, կենդանության որոշ նշաններ ցույց տալ ինչն է՛լ ավելի պատկերավոր է դարձնում կուսակցության ներկա անժառանգ լինելու փաստը:
