ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը շարունակում է հետևողական  պայքարը թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ նյութերի` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանով անօրինական տեղափոխման ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՊԵԿ-ը:

Օրերս ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության, Արևմտյան մաքսատուն-վարչության և Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից «ՀայՓոստ»  ընկերության փոստի փոխանակման կենտրոնում իրականացված հսկողության արդյունքում Ֆրանսիայից Հայաստան ներմուծված միջազգային փոստային առաքանու միջից, բացի անձնական օգտագործման առարկաներից, հայտնաբերել են «բուպրենորֆին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի 415 ամբողջական և 12 մասնատված հաբեր` տեղադրված «NIVEA» գրառմամբ մետաղական տարայում:

Առաքանիում «բուպրենորֆին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց հայտնաբերելու փաստի առթիվ որոշում է կայացվել  ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության և  Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ անցկացնել օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, այդ թվում` «Վերահսկելի մատակարարում և գնում» օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումը` դեպքին առնչվող այլ փաստեր և հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով:

Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ներմուծված առաքանին ստանալուց հետո ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչություն բերման են ենթարկվել հիշյալ առաքանու ստացող Ա.Մ.-ն, վերջինիս ամուսինը` Ա.Ղ-ն և նրանց որդին` Կ.Ղ-ն:

Միաժամանակ`  ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 267.1 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում, դատարանի որոշումների հիման վրա, ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության և Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացվել են խուզարկություններ Երևանի տարբեր հասցեներում: Խուզարկություններից մեկի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են «մեթադոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի հեղուկ զանգված՝ իր ներարկիչով, իսկ  ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչություն բերման ենթարկված Ա.Ղ-ի անձնական խուզարկության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի դեղնականաչավուն զանգված:

 ՊԵԿ Քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ա.Ղ-ն ձերբակալվել է:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղքն ապացուցված չէ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
