Lragir.am-ը գրում է   Ամբողջ հայությունը կռվելու է անմնացորդ, եւ անհրաժեշտ պահին ճշգրիտ հասցված հակահարվածը հակառակորդի համար կործանարար փլուզման էֆեկտ է ունենալու: Հենց այս պահը հասունացնելն է Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի խնդիրը, եւ մենք պետք է ամեն ինչով աջակցենք, թեւ ու թիկունք լինենք Արցախի Հանրապետությանը, Պաշտպանության բանակին, երեկվա իր ուղերձում հայտարարել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: ՀՀ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն այսօր հայտարարել է, որ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը Արցախի հարավային ճակատում այս պահին առկա ռազմաճակատային բնագծին չի համակերպվի: «Հրադադարի գնալը քաղաքական հարց է, բայց մեր ռազմական պլաններում այս վիճակին համակերպվել չկա: Մեր պլաններում այլ գործողություններ են, այլ բնույթի եւ այլ տարածքի», ասել է Հովհաննիսյանը: Այս օրերին դիվանագիտական անասելի ակտիվություն է սկսել․ Իրանը պատրաստել է Ղարաբաղի խնդրի կարգավորման իր տարբերակը տարածքային ամբողջականության հիմքով եւ պատրաստվում է ներկայացնել Բաքվում, Մոսկվայում, Երեւանում ու Անկարայում։ Հեռախոսազրույց են ունեցել Պուտինը եւ Էրդողանը, վերջինս առաջարկել է երկուսով լուծել խնդիրը։ Այսօր հանկարծ առանց նախապայմանների բանակցելու պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել Ալիեւը։ Մինսկի եռանախագահությունն էլ ակտիվ է, բայց Մոսկվային մի տեսակ մղել է «առաջնագիծ»՝ իր եփած հարյուրամյա ճաշն ըմբոշխնելու Բաքու-Անկարա-Թեհրան արանքում։ Նրանք կարող են ու թող քննարկեն կարգավորման տարբերակները, իրար մեջ որոշեն ձեւաչափերը։ Հայկական կողմը ունի մեկ խնդիր՝ ներկա ուժերն ու ռեսուրսները կենտրոնացնել թշնամուն վճռական հակահարված հասցնելուն։ Ռազմա-քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը կարծես թե մոտ է հայկական շահերի ու իրավունքների հիմքով ռազմավարության ձեւակերպմանը, որի մասին խոսել էինք նախորդ հոդվածներում։ ՊԲ-ն հայտարարել է, որ մեր ստորաբաժանումների նահանջած վայրերում ստեղծվում են ահաբեկչական բազաներ։ Դրանք չեզոքացնելն ու հակաահաբեկչական պայքարը շարունակելը նոր խորությամբ ոչ միայն չի հակասում զինադադարի պայմանավորվածություններին, այլեւ նպաստում է դրան։ Մեր պլաններում այլ գործողություններ են, այլ բնույթի եւ այլ տարածքի, ասել է Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը: Մեր գործընկերներն ու հակառակորդներն իրենք են քանդել ամեն պայմանականություն։
