Փորձը ցույց է տվել, ցավոք, որ ՀՀ-ում որոշումները ընդունում են ոտքի վրա՝ ձեռքի հետ. Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը՝ հավելեով, որ այդ որոշումներն ընդունվում են առանց գնահատելու հակառակորդի սպառնալիքներն ու մարտահրավերներն ու մեր հնարավորությունները։

«Ոտքի վրա ընդունված ոչ մի որոշում երբևէ չի կարող տեղ հասնել, որովհետև իրադրության ռեալ գնահատում գոյություն չունի»։

Օհանյանը նշեց, որ իշխանության փորձերը ՀՀ-ին կանգնեցրեցին փորձանքի առաջ։ Նա անդրադարձավ նաև Բաքվին ուղարկված առաջարկությությունների փաթեթին, որոնք վերաբերում են սահմանազատմանն ու սահմանագծմանը։

«Ի՞նչ է նշանակում հայելային հետ քաշվել, մենք արդեն մեկ անգամ կառավարության ղեկավարի բանավոր ցուցմամբ պատերազմական գործողությունները կանգնելուց հետո հետ ենք քաշել մեր զորքերը Սյունիքի հատվածում»։

Օհանյանը հիշեցրեց, որ դրանից հետո հակառակորդը եկավ, կանգնեց սահմանին, սադրանքներ կազմակերպվեց և մխրճվեց ՀՀ տարածք՝ Սյունիքում և Գեղարքունիքում։

«Ի՞նչ է նշանակում հայելային հետ քաշվել, որտե՞ղ, ամբողջ սահմանով մե՞կ, թե՞ այն հատվածում, որտեղ որ հակառակորդը մխրճվել է։ Եթե այն հատվածներում, որտեղ հակառակորդը մխրճվել է մեր հատված, ապա հակառակորդն ինքը պետք է միակողմանի հետ քաշվի իր տարածքներ և այդ ուղղությամբ համապատասխան աշխատանքներ պետք է իրականացնեն մերոնք»,-ասաց Սեյրան Օհանյանը։

Անդրադառնալով ԱԳ նախարարի հայտարարությանը, թե ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ ՀՀ-ն քաղաքական գործընթացներ է սկսել, Սեյրան Օհանյանն ասաց, որ լավ կլիներ, որ նախարարը պարզ բացատրեր, որ մենք բանակցում ենք ՀԱՊԿ-ի բոլոր երկրների, ՀԱՊԿ-ի քաղաքական ղեկավարության, ռազմական կոմիտեի հետ, որոնք նաև պետք է միջազգային բոլոր կազմակերպությունների հետ աշխատեն և ստիպեն Ադրբեջանին՝ հետ քաշվելու։

«Այդ է մեր այսօրվա աշխատանքը։ Եվ եթե չստիպեն հետ քաշվել, ապա մենք ստիպված ենք լինելու նաև գործադրել ՀԱՊԿ-ի ռազմական կոմպոնենտը՝ ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի հետ մեկտեղ։ Կարծում եմ, այդ խոսակցություններն օդի մեջ խոսակցություններ են։ Սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման համար թշնամի պետությունները պետք է վերածվեն հարևան պետությունների, պետք է ստեղծվի երկու հարևան պետությունների կառավարությունների խառը հանձնաժողով և տանեն համապատասխան աշխատանք։ Ադրբեջանը հիմա մեր համար հարևա՞ն է՝ իր հոխորտանքներով, սադրանքներով, ռազմական լոկալ հարձակումներով»։

Օհանյանը հավելեց՝ հայելային հետքաշումն իր համար մերկապարանոց, անիմաստ խոսակցություն է։
