Կապիտան Անդրանիկ Մկրտչյանի մահվան գործով եզակի փորձաքննություն է իրականացվել: Համաձայն դատաբժշկական կենտրոնի փորձագետի եզրակացության, գնդակի վրա, որով, ըստ նախաքննության մարմնի, կապիտանն ինքնասպան է եղել և որը անցել է կապիտանի գլխի միջով, ոչ ուղեղանյութ, ոչ արյուն չեն հայտնաբերվել:  

Չեն հայտնաբերվել նաև արյան, մազի, կամ մաշկի հյուսվածքների որևէ նյութ: Սա առնվազն նշանակում է, որ նախաքննության մարմինը իրեղեն ապացույց է կեղծել, և կապիտան Անդրանիկ Մկրտչյանը սպանվել է բոլորովին այլ գնդակով, բոլորովին այլ զենքից և, հնարավոր է, բոլորովին այլ վայրում:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, քառօրյա պատերազմի հերոս, Մեղրիի N զորամասի վաշտի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Մկրտչյանը մահացել է 2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 20-ին:

Քննիչներն ապացուցված են համարում, որ դեպքի օրը Անդրանիկ Մկրտչյանը սիրած աղջկան հրաժեշտ տալուց հետո իր «Ֆոլկսվագեն» մեքենայով վերադարձել է քաղաք Ագարակ,մտել է իր հանրակացարանը, որտեղ բնակվում էր, իր սենյակում ընկերոջ հետ ձվածեղ է կերել, ափսեները կեղտոտ դրել է լվացարանի մեջ, դուրս է եկել, երեք րոպեում հասել է զորամաս, մտել է վաշտի զինանոց, այնտեղից վերցրել է իր ինքնաձիգը, գնացել է զորամասում գտնվող իր աշխատասենյակը և ինքնասպան է եղել: Որևէ պատճառ քննիչները չեն ներկայացրել։

Ըստ տուժողի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Հայարփի Սարգսյանի, առաջին իսկ օրվանից գործով կեղծ քննություն է կատարվել, և սպանությունը ներկայացվել է որպես ինքնասպանություն: Այդպես են կարծում նաև Անդրանիկ Մկրտչյանի հարազատները:

Համաձայն քրեական գործում առկա նյութերի, մասնավորապես կապիտան Մկրտչյանի դիակի դատաբժշկական եզրակացության, կրակոցը արձակվել է կզակի տակից, և գնդակը, անցնելով կապիտանի գլխի կարևորագույն օրգանների միջով, դուրս է եկել ծոծրակագագաթային հատվածից:

 Հայարփի Սարգսյանը դեռևս անցյալ տարվա փետրվարին միջնորդել էր, որ գնդակն ուղարկվի դատաքիմիական-դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննության:

Միջնորդությունը պետք է պատասխաներ հարցի՝ կա՞ արդյոք գնդակի վրա ուղեղանյութի և արյան հետքեր:
