Մարդիկ, ովքեր հիվանդացել են COVID-19 կորոնավիրուսով, երկարատև առողջական խնդիրներ կունենան՝ կապված թոքերի, սրտի, նյարդային համակարգի և ինտելեկտի վնասման հետ: Գիտնականների այս հայտարարությունը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն տարեց հիվանդներին:

Յեյլի համալսարանի Բժշկական դպրոցի սրտաբան Ջոզեֆ Բրեննանը նշում է, որ COVID-19-ով հոսպիտալացված բազմաթիվ հիվանդներ տառապում են թրոմբների գոյացումից, ինչը հանգեցնում է թոքային զարկերակի թրոմբոէմբոլիայի, ուղեղի կաթվածի, սրտի նոպաների  և երկարաժամկետ այլ լուրջ բարդությունների: Ուղեղում արյան անոթների արգելափակումը ևս կարող է առաջացնել ուղեղի կաթված, ոչ միայն տարեցների, այլև երիտասարդ հիվանդների մոտ, գրում է Al Jazeera- ն:

Բացի այդ, լուրջ բարդություն կարող է դառնալ թոքերում սպիանման գոյացությունների առաջացումը, ինչի հետևանքով թթվածնի կլանման ֆունկցիան լրջորեն տուժում է։ Մարդու մոտ անընդհատ անհարմարության զգացում է և չոր հազ:

Ըստ բժիշկների՝ կորոնավիրուսը կարող է ազդել նաև սրտամկանի վրա՝ առաջացնելով բորբոքում: Ըստ զեկույցների՝ նոր կորոնավիրուսը կարող է առաջացնել սուր միոկարդիտ և սրտային անբավարարություն:

COVID-19- ի վառ արտահայտված ախտանիշներով հիվանդների մոտ նաև նկատվել է երիկամների լուրջ վնասում: Երբ հիվանդությունն ընթանում է ծանր ձևով, արյան մակարդելիությունը խախտվում է, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել փոքր խցանումների առաջացման և արյան անոթների արգելափակման: Արյունատար անոթների աշխատանքի խանգարումը կարող է ազդել նաև երիկամների վրա:

Բացի այդ, կան գիտական ​​ապացույցներ, որ վիրուսը կարող է ուղղակիորեն ազդել երիկամների վրա: Եթե ​​կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդների մոտ թոքաբորբ  հայտնաբերվում է և արհեստական օդափոխության սարք միացնելու կարիք է լինում, վիրուսը լուրջ ազդեցություն է ունենում երիկամների վրա, քանի որ թոքաբորբը առաջացնում է թոքերի շուրջ մեծ քանակությամբ ջուր: Այս դեպքում բժիշկները հիվանդին նշանակում են միզամուղ դեղամիջոցներ, որոնք օգնում են հեռացնել հեղուկը օրգանիզմից, ինչի հետ կապված երիկամները սովորականից ավելի ակտիվ են աշխատում:

Թանձրուկների պատճառով արյան անոթների խցանումը է՛լ ավելի է սրում երիկամների վիճակը:
