Սեպտեմբերի 3-ին ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ընդունեց Արգենտինայի փոխարտգործնախարար Էդուարդո Անտոնիո Սուաինի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը, որը Երևան է ժամանել արտգործնախարարությունների միջև խորհրդակցություններ անցկացնելու նպատակով։
Ողջունելով հյուրերին' նախարար Նալբանդյանն ընդգծեց, որ ս.թ. հուլիսին ՀՀ Նախագահի' Արգենտինա կատարած պաշտոնական այցելությունը նոր թափ հաղորդեց տարբեր բնագավառներում երկկողմ համագործակցությանը և վստահություն հայտնեց, որ բարձր մակարդակով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները համատեղ ջանքերով կյանքի կկոչվեն։
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար' փոխարտգործնախարար Սուաինը ընդգծեց, որ Արգենտինան ցանկանում է խորացնել Հայաստանի հետ բազմաբովանդակ համագործակցությունը, և այդ առումով կարևորեց պարբերական բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունները։
Նախարար Նալբանդյանն ընդգծեց, որ կազմակերպված հայ համայնքի առկայությունն Արգենտինայում մեծապես նպաստում է Հայաստանի և Արգենտինայի միջև ստեղծված բարեկամական հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը:
Երկուստեք գոհունակությամբ նշվեց, որ մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի բացակայությունը, հարուստ իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի առկայությունը, երկու երկրների մայրաքաղաքների քույր-քաղաքներ հանդիսանալը կարևոր գործոն են' երկկողմ փոխգործակցության խորացման համար։
Հանդիպմանը մտքեր փոխանակվեցին հայ-արգենտինական հարաբերությունների զարգացման ուղիների շուրջ։ Այս համատեքստում կարևորվեց համագործակցության սերտացումը միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում, առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության ընդլայնումը, ապակենտրոնացված փոխգործակցության ամրապնդումը, գիտական, կրթական, մշակութային փոխանակումների ակտիվացումը։
Զրույցին անդրադարձ կատարվեց միջագային և տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին։
Հանդիպումից հետո ԱԳՆ դիվանագիտական դպրոցի տնօրեն Վահե Գաբրիելյանը և Արգենտինայի արտաքին գործերի և պաշտամունքի նախարարության ազգային արտաքին ծառայության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Խուան Վայե Ռալեյգը իրենց կողմից ղեկավարվող ուսումնական հաստատությունների միջև փոխգործակցության համաձայնագիր ստորագրեցին։
