Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սեմյոնովկա գյուղն այս ձմռանը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բնական գազ կունենա: «Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ նման խոստում տվեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը այս գյուղ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ժամանակ»: Պետական միջոցներից մեծ գումարներ են ծախսվել գյուղ մտնող գազատարի արտաքին ցանցի կառուցման համար , որը լիովին պատրաստ է շահագործման: Կարծում եմ, որ մնացած օրենսդրական բացերն ու փաստաթղթային խնդիրներն էլ, որոնք արդեն ներկայացված են կառավարության ուշադրությանը, առաջիկայում իրենց լուծումը կստանան, և դուք բնական գազից օգտվելու հնարավորություն կունենաք»,-Սեմյոնովկայի բնակիչներին վստահեցրեց մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:
Սեմյոնովկայի համայնքի ղեկավար Դավիթ Մնացականյանն «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց, որ գյուղի գազի 7,7 կիլոմետր երկարության արտաքին ցանցի կառուցումն ավարտին է հասցվել 2014 թվականի ապրիլին: Գյուղի 70 տնտեսություններից մոտ 60-ը պատրաստակամ են՝ բնական գազն իրենց բնակարաններ անցկացնելու համար, սակայն գազատարի շահագործման հետ կապված քարտեզագրման և այլ կարգի խնդիրներ են առաջացել, որոնց կարգավորման համար լրացուցիչ միջոցներ ու որոշակի ժամանակ է հարկավոր: Բարձրլեռնային այս համայնքում բնակիչներն անչափ կարևորում են երկնագույն վառելիքի դերն ու նշանակությունը:
Համայնքի ղեկավարը և բնակիչները Սեմյոնովկայի համար կարևոր խնդիր համարեցին գիշերային լուսավորության ցանցի կառուցումը, որի համար մարզպետը խոստացավ ցուցաբերել համապատասխան աջակցություն: Ըստ համայնքի ղեկավարի ներկայացման՝ լուսավորվածության ցանցը գյուղի կենտրոնական ու ասֆալտապատ փողոցով պետք է անցկացվի 2 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ, որի համար, նախնական հաշվարկներով, կպահանջվի մինչև ութ միլիոն դրամ:
Մարզպետը խոստացավ պետական աջակցության շրջանակում դիզվառելիք, սերմացու և պարարտանյութ հատկացնել տնտեսություններին, անգամ գյուղտեխնիկայի տրամադրման հարցում օժանդակություն ցուցաբերել, եթե սեմյոնովկացիներն իրենց վարելահողերը մշակելու ցանկություն ունենան:
Բնակիչների հետ զրուցելուց և գյուղի առաջնահերթ հիմնախնդիրները քննարկելուց հետո մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանն այցելեց համայնքային կենտրոն, բուժկետ և դպրոց՝ տեղում ծանոթանալով շենքային պայմաններին, զրուցելով մանկավարժների և աշակերտների հետ: Նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ մարզպետը շնորհավորեց Սեմյոնովկայի դպրոցի մանկավարժներին և աշակերտներին՝ հաջողություն մաղթելով նրանց աշխատանքում և ուսումնառության մեջ:
