Բոլոր աթեիստ գիտնականները զարմանալիորեն սկսել են ներկայացնել ապացույցներ Արարչի գոյության մասին առ այն, որ ժամանակակից աշխարհն ու տիեզերքը չէր կարող առաջանալ ինքն իրեն: ԴՆԹ-ի կառուցվածքի վերաբերյալ ժամանակակից գիտության տվյալները միանշանակ խոսում են այն մասին, որ այն չէր կարող առաջանալ ինքնաբերաբար, այլ հանդիսանում է ինչ որ մեկի մշակածը: Գենետիկ կոդն ու բառացիորեն ասած` հանրագիտարանային տվյալները, որոնք իր մեջ ամփոփում է ԴՆԹ-ի մոլեկուլը ուղղակի մերժում է կույր համընկնման տեսությունը: Բրիտանացի ֆիզիկոս Մարտին Ջոն Ռիսը, որ Տեմպլտոնյան մրցանակի այս տարվա դափնեկիրն է, ու հեղինակել է ավելի քան հինգ հարյուր գիտական աշխատություն, ոմտ երկու միլիոն դոլար պարգևատրում է ստացել այն բանի համար, որ կարողացել է ապացուցել իր գիտաճյուղում Աստծո գոյությունը գիտական հիմնավորվածությամբ: Ռիսի ապացույցների մասին խոսել է նաև Ռուսաստանի Բնական գիտությունների ակադեմիայի տեսական ու կիրառական ֆիզիկայի միջազգյաին ինստիտուտի ղեկավար Անատոլի Ակիմովը: Նրա խոսքով, “Աստված կա ու մենք կարող ենք դրանում համոզվել ուսումնասիրելոն Նրա կամարտահայտումը: Սա շատ գիտնականների մոտեցումն է, ովքեր ոչ թե կուրորեն հավատում են Նրա գոյությանը, այլ փորձում են դա հիմնավորել որոշակի գիտելիքների սահմաններում: Անցյալ դարերում շատ գիտնական ֆիզիկոսներ հավատում էին Աստծուն: Ավելին, մինչև Իսահակ Նյուտոնի ժամանակները, կրոնի ու գիտության միջև ջրբաժան ուղղակի գոյություն չուներ: Գիտությամբ զբաղվում էին եկեղեցականները, քանի որ նրանք էին ամենից կրթված մարդիկ: Ինքը Նյուտոնն ուներ աստվածաբանական կրթություն ու հաճախ էր կրկնում` “Մեխանիկայի օրենքները ես արտածում եմ Աստծո Օրենքից””: Երբ գիտնականները հայտնագործեցին մանրադիտակն ու սկսեցին ուսումնասիրել թե ինչ է կատարվում բջջի ներսում, քրոմոսոմների կրկնապատկման ու բաժանման պրոցեսն ուսումնասիրելիս նրանց ռեակցիան ուղղակի ապշածությունն էր: Ինչպես կարող էր նման բան լինել, եթե դրանում բացակայեր Մեկի ձեռքը, մասնակցությունը: Եվ իրապես, այսօր արդեն պարզ է, որ եթե ընդունենք այն տեսությունը, որ մարդը Երկրի վրա հայտնվել է պատմական զարգացման տեսության նկարագրած պրոցեսների հետևանքով, ապա մուտացիաների հաճախակիությունն ու կենսաքիմիական գործընթացների արագությունը մի եզրակացության են բերում, մարդու առաջացման համար շատ ավելի մեծ ժամանակահատված կխահանջվեր, քան իրականում պահանջվել է, նույնիսկ շատ ավելին, քան Տիեզերքի տարիքն է:
