Հայ և վրացի քաղաքագետներն ուսումնասիրել են երկկողմ հարաբերություններն ու առաջարկություններ ներկայացրել

Քաղաքական գիտությունների Հայաստանի ասոցիացիան ու Վրաստանի սոցիալական գիտությունների կենտրոնը համատեղ ուսումնասիրություն են իրականացրել' հասկանալու, թե ինչպիսին են հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունները, ի՞նչ մարտահրավերներ կան եւ հատկապես ինտեգրացիոն նոր ուղղության պարագայում ո՞ւր են շարժվում երկու երկրները: Տեսակետներն ամփոփված են «Հայ-վրացական հարաբերություններ. մարտահրավերներ եւ հնարավորություններ երկկողմ համագործակցության համար» գրքում, որի շնորհանդեսը կայացավ սեպտեմբերի 6-ին «Կոնգրես» հյուրանոցում: Գրքում ներկայացված են հայ եւ վրացի փորձագետների տեսակետերը երկկողղմ հարաբերությունների ներկա վիճակի եւ դրանց զարգացման հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Քաղաքական գիտությունների Հայաստանի ասոցիացիայի գործադիր տնօրեն Բենիամին Պողոսյանն ասաց, որ գրքում վերլուծել են երկու երկրների հարաբերությունները' հատկապես հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանը ցանկանում է անդամակցել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը, իսկ Վրաստանը շուտով կվավերացնի ԵՄ-ի հետ Ասոցացման համաձայնագիրը:

«Կողմերը հանգել են եզրակացության, որ հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունները հենվում են փոխադարձ շահերի եւ ամուր հիմքի վրա եւ ճիշտ քաղաքականություն վարելու դեպքում ավելի կզարգանան: Մշակվել են համատեղ եզրակացություններ, թե ի՞նչ կարելի է անել հարաբերություններն ավելի լավացնելու համար: Առաջարկություններից մեկն այն է, որ պետք է մեծացնել տնտեսական նախարարությունների մակարդակով շփումները, հնարավորությունները պարզել' հասկանալու, թե երկու երկրների գործարարներն ինչպես կարող են ներդրումներ կատարել արտոնյալ պայմաններում: Դա կնպաստի, որպեսզի մեծանա նաեւ երկկողմ առեւտրաշրջանառությունը»,- ասաց նա

Առաջարկություններից մեկն էլ վերաբերում է հայ-վրացական զբոսաշրջային ծրագրերի զարգացմանը: Բենիամին Պողոսյանի գնահատմամբ, հայ զբոսաշրջիկները նախընտրում են հանգստանալ Վրաստանում, մինչդեռ վրացի զբոսաշրջիկները Հայաստանի մասին շատ քիչ բան գիտեն եւ այդ առումով անհրաժեշտ է աշխատանք իրականացնել, որպեսզի վրացի զբոսաշրջիկների եւ հասարակության համար հետաքրքրական լինի Հայաստանը:

Թբիլիսիի պետական համալսարանի դասախոս, քաղաքական գիտությունների թեկնածու Փիկրա Ասանաշվիլին էլ ասաց, որ ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունները սկսեց դիտարկել նաեւ Հայաստանի տեսանկյունից եւ շատ հարցերում փոխեց իր տեսակետը: Ըստ Ասանաշվիլու, անկախ ինտեգրացիոն տարբեր ուղղություններից' երկու երկրներն ունեն քաղաքական ամուր կամք եւ ժողովուրդների մեջ կա բարեկամական հիմք, ինչն էլ կնպաստի, որպեսզի պետությունները կարողանան իրենց առջեւ դրված խոչընդոտները հաղթահարել եւ ավելի զարգացնել երկկողմ հարաբերությունները տար բեր ոլորտներում:
