Աբովյանի քաղաքապետարանն արձագանքել է Հանրապետության 2-րդ շենքի բնակիչների բաց նամակին.
«Ի պատասխան Հանրապետության 2-րդ շենքի բնակիչների բաց նամակ.
Հարգելի համաքաղաքացիներ, սեպտեմբերի 5-ին ֆեյսբուքյան սոցիալական ցանցում Հանրապետության 2-րդ շենքի բնակիչների անունից տեղադրվեց նամակ՝ ուղված Աբովյանի քաղաքապետ Կ. Գուլոյանին: Թեև կարող էինք նամակի պատասխանը հրապարակել նույն օրը, սակայն առավել նպատակահարմար գտանք քաղաքապետի հետ հանդիպման կազմակերպումը: Բնակիչները հրավիրվեցին քաղաքապետարան՝ սեպտեմբերի 8-ին, ժամը՝ 11:00-ին, սակայն որևէ մեկը այդպես էլ չներկայացավ: Ամեն դեպքում, չխուսափելով պատասխանատվությունից, նպատակահարմար ենք համարում անրադարձ կատարել նամակում նշված որոշ հարցերի:
Նամակում նշվում է երբեմնի կանաչապատ խաղահրապարակի վերակառուցման մասին: Հարկ ենք համարում տեղեկացնել, որ բնակիչներից որևէ մեկի կողմից քաղաքապետը չի հրավիրվել նշված բակ, այլ այդտեղ է եղել հերթական բակային շրջայցի ժամանակ: Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ երբևէ այդ տարածքում չի եղել կանաչապատ խաղահրապարակ, կա կանաչ տարածք, որտեղ ձեր իսկ բնակիչների խնդրանքով և քաղաքապետի նույն պահին տրված հանձնարարականով տեղադրվել են երկու տաղավարներ, կատարվել է ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքներ՝ շուրջ 400 քմ տարածքում, հաջորդ խնդրանքը կապված է եղել ծառատունկի հետ: Մենք պատրաստակամ ենք ծառատունկ կազմակերպելու բոլոր նախաձեռնություններին աջակցելու հարցում՝ տրամադրելով անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ, այդ թվում տնկիներ: Հարկ ենք համարում նաև նշել, որ շինաղբի հեղինակները բնակիչներն են և գուցե ձեզանից մեկը, որ չխնայելով ձեր իսկ երեխաների առողջությունը, ունենալով ձեր լուռ համաձայնությունը աղտոտել է բակը՝ վստահ լինելով, որ քաղաքապետարանը պարտավոր է կազմակերպել շինաղբի տարհանումը: Թեև այսօր աղբը տեղափոխված է, բայց մենք վստահ չենք, որ վաղը չի լինելու նույն վիճակը: Անիմաստ է անրադառնալ մայրաքաղաքի հետ համեմատությանը, բայց ցանկանում ենք նշել, որ այդ խանութների տերերը ձեր իսկ հարևաններն են, որոնք լուծում են օրվա հացի խնդիր:
Քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության թիվ 2 մանկապարտեզում որոշակի վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ են տարվել 2009 թ-ին, սակայն չեն փոխվել պատուհանները և դռները: Կ. Գուլոյանի նախաձեռնությամբ այս տարի փոխվեցին մանկապարտեզի մուտքերի դռները, իսկ առաջիկայում կփոխվեն նաև պատուհանները: Իհարկե, դուք պահանջում եք լավագույն պայմաններ փոքրիկների համար, սակայն պետք է հաշվի առնել երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը և համայնքի բյուջեի հնարավորությունները:
Հարգելի համաքաղաքացիներ, մենք առավել շահագրգռված ենք Մշակույթի տան վերանորոգման հարցում, սակայն առանց պետական աջակցության, միայն համայնքային բյուջեի հաշվին այն անհնար է, չնայած յուրաքանչյուր հարցում կա ՑԱՆԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ..., ՄԵՐ կողմից՝ պատրաստակամություն, իսկ ՁԵՐ կողմից, հուսանք, համագործակցության իրական ձգտում: Քաղաքի, իրենց բակի բարեկարգման խնդիրներով անհանգիստ բոլոր բնակիչներին տեղեկացնում ենք, որ արվում է հնարավորինս, իսկ եթե կան անհանգստացնող խնդիրներ՝ ցանկացած օր, ցանկացած ժամի Կ. Գուլոյանը պատրաստակամ է հանդիպելու քաղաքի բնակիչների հետ, ինչպես քաղաքապետարանում, այնպես էլ ցանկացած բակում: Խոսքը վերաբերում է նաև նամակի հեղինակ /ներ/ ին, ով գուցե պատրաստ չէր հրավերին, կամ գերագնահատում է վիրտուալ աշխարհն իրականից:

Ի դեպ նյութը դնելուց առաջ պարզվեց, որ նամակը հրապարակած օգտատերը փորձել է արդարանալ չներկայանալու համար, մինչդեռ կար պայմանավորվածություն և կարելի էր նախապես տեղադրել այդ մասին և ինչ է նշանակում ժամերով սպասել, եթե ժամը նշված էր.... կարելի է արդարանալ, բայց չի կարելի անպատասխանատու եզրահանգումներ անել»:
