Աշխարհում ինքնասպանությունների թիվը տարեկան անցնում է 800 հազարից: Սակայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ինքնասպանությունների ցուցանիշը մտահոգիչ չէ: Այս մասին ինքնասպանությունների կանխարգելման օրվան նվիրված ասուլիսին ասաց ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր հոգեբույժ, Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սամվել Թորոսյանը:
«Չնայած նրան, որ մեր հանրապետությունում մտահոգիչ չի ինքնասպանությունների թիվը, բայց ամեն դեպքում մենք պարտավոր ենք լրջորեն անդրադառնալ ինքնասպանությունների կանխարգելմանը: Ամեն 40 վայրկյանը մեկ լինում է ինքնասպանության մեկ դեպք: Մտահոգիչ է նաև այն, որ ինքնասպանությունները ողջ աշխարհում երիտասարդանում են:
15-29 տարեկանների մոտ ինքնասպանությունների թիվ երկրորդ տեղում է' զիջելով միայն ճանապարհատրանսպորտային վթարների զոհերի թվին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, նշեց Թորոսյանը' հավելելով, որ ինքնասպանությունների կանխարգելմանն ուղղված աշխատանքը պետք է իրականացվի ողջ հանրության կողմից:
Մասնագետի խոսքով' շատ մեծ դեր են խաղում միջանձնային հարաբերությունները: Ժամանակակից հանրություններում անհատներն իրենց միայնակ են զգում, ինչն էլ հանգեցնում է դեպրեսիայի: «Հատկապես մեծ դեր ունի ընտանիքը' նամանավանդ, որ մեր հասարակությունում չկա հոգեբանին դիմելու մշակույթը: Եթե ընտանիքում նորմալ մթնոլորտ է տիրում, կա փոխադարձ հարգանք, սեր, ապա հարազատի մոտ այս կամ այն շեղումը նկատելիս, նրանք դիմում են համապատասխան հոգեբական-հոգեբուժական օգնության:
Հոգեբանական գիտությունների թեկնածու, դոցենտ, սուիցիդոլոգ (ինքնասպանագետ) Կամո Վարդանյանը ներկայացրեց վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում արձանագրված ինքնասպանությունների ցուցանիշները: 2013 թվականին Հայաստանում արձանագրվել է ինքնասպանության 214 դեպք։
2009 թվականին արձանագրվել է ինքնասպանության և ինքնասպանության փորձի 498 դեպք։ 2010-ին այդ թիվը կազմել էր 592, 2011-ին' 647։ Ինչ վերաբերում է 2013 թվականին, ապա ինքնասպանությունների թիվը կազմել էր 214՝ նախորդ տարվա նման, իսկ ինքնասպանությունների եւ դրանց փորձերի թիվը միասին՝ 740։
«Ինքնասպանությունները հասարակությանն ուղեկցող երևույթներ են. չկա հասարակություն, ուր այս երևույթը չլինի: Պատմության ընթացքում դրանք ունեցել են տարբեր դրսևորումներ: Սկզբում եղել են ծիսական բնույթի, ավանդույթային: Այսօր բարդացվել և խճճվել է ինքնասպանությունների դրսևորման ձևերը և մեխանիզմները:
Եթե ինքնասպանությունների թիվը 100000 բնակչի հաշվով չի գերազանցում 10-ը, ապա երկրում հոգեբանական բարեհարմարություն կա։ 10-20 ինքնասպանությունների դեպքում' համարվում է, որ հասարակության մեջ որոշակի լարվածություն կա, իսկ 20-ից բարձր ինքնասպանությո ւնները գուժում են երկրում ճգնաժամի մասին»,- ասաց նա' հավելելով, որ Հայաստանում 100 հազար բնակչի հաշվով մոտ 7.64 ինքնասպանություն է գրանցվում»,- նշեց Վարդանյանը:
Նրա կարծիքով' ինքնասպանությունների արդյունավետ կանխարգելման համար անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել սուիցիդների ուսումնասիրության, մոնիթորինգի և կանխարգելման կառույց, որը կհամակարգի սուիցիդների հետ կապված աշխատանքները հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում: Երևույթը պետք է ուսումնասիրել պրոֆեսիոնալ, օբյեկտիվ մակարդակով:
Սպասարկման ոլորտի աշխատակիցներին վերապատրաստել՝ սովորեցնելով տարբերել ինքնասպանության նախանշանները: «Ինքնասպանության դիմող մարդը մի շարք դրսևորումներ է ցույց տալիս' մեկուսանում է, ներփակվում, ուրիշներին նվիրում, բաժանում ժ ամանակիյն իր համար արժեքավոր առարկաները, անտարբերության մատնում հարազատներին»,- մեկնաբանեց Վարդանյանն' ընդգծելով, որ ինքնասպանությունների կանխարգելման գործում մեծ է նաև լրատվամիջոցների դերը:
