ՀՀ կառավարությունը սեպտեմբերի 11-ի նիստում պահուստային ֆոնդից 147 մլն դրամ է հատկացրել` ՀՀ նախագահի ու վարչապետի մարզեր կատարած այցերի ընթացքում բնակիչների բարձրացրած հարցերին լուծումներ տալու նպատակով: Փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գևորգյանը նշել է, որ Տավուշի մարզ կատարած այցելության ընթացքում համայնքային հանդիպումների ժամանակ բարձրացվել են մի շարք խնդիրներ:
Կառավարության ղեկավարը համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ էր տվել՝ խնդիրները կարգավորելու համար: Բարձրացված հիմնախնդիրներից կարևորվել են Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի համայնքի տարածքում առավել վտանգավոր հատվածներում բնակչության տեղաշարժի անվտանգության ապահովման հենապատի կառուցման, Չինարիի դպրոցի պատուհանների վերատեղադրման, Այգեձոր համայնքում ոռոգման ջրատարի կառուցման և ջրատարի ամրացման համար գաբիոնե հենապատի կառուցման խնդիրները:
Ավելի վաղ Տավուշի մարզի մեկ այլ` Այգեպար համայնքի դպրոցի շրջակայքում պաշտպանիչ պատ կառուցելու նախաձեռնությամբ էր հանդես եկել նաևՀայ օգնության ֆոնդի «Այո» հիմնադրամը: «Դպրոցի շրջակայքում երեք մետր բարձրություն ունեցող պատը կպաշտպանի դպրոցը փամփուշտներից և երեխաները հնարավորություն կունենան անվտանգ օգտավործել իրենց խաղահրապարակը»,- ասում էին նախաձեռնության հեղինակները: Փոխանցումների համար բացվել էին հատուկ հաշվեհամարներ:
Օգոստոսի 4-ին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի և Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է մարզի Չինարի, Այգեձոր և Արծվաբերդ սահմանամերձ համայնքներ: Երկրի վարչապետը նախ եղել է Չինարի գյուղում տեղակայված, հայ-ադրբեջանական պետական սահմանագիծը պահող պաշտպանական տեղամասերից մեկում, հանդիպել առաջապահ դիրքում ծառայություն անցկացնող զինվորներին և հրամանատարներին: Այնուհետև Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հանդիպել է Չինարի, Այգեձոր և Արծվաբերդ համայնքների ղեկավարներին, գյուղացիներին և սպայական անձնակազմին: Վարչապետը զրուցել է տեղի բնակիչների հետ՝ ծանոթացել նրանց խնդիրներին, պատասխանել հուզող հարցերին:
Բացի այդ, այս տարվա մարտի 30-ին տեղի ունեցած ուժեղ քամիների հետևանքով Գեղարքունիքի մարզի որոշ համայնքներում առաջացել են հրատապ լուծում պահանջող խնդիրներ, մասնավորապես, Ծակքար համայնքի դպրոցի մասնակի վերանորոգման, «Սևանի հիվանդանոց»-ի մեկ մասնաշենքի տախտակամածի, ջրհորդանների և թիթեղյա ծածկի իրականացման աշխատանքներ:
Քամու հետևանքով ամբողջությամբ քանդվել է շուրջ 100քմ մակերեսով թիթեղյա ծածկը, իսկ մնացած հատվածը՝ պոկվել է: Լուրջ վնասվել է նաև Այրք համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի ուսումնական մասնաշենքի տանիքի ծածկը, շուրջ 90քմ մակերես, իսկ մնացած մասը դարձել է շահագործման համար ոչ պիտանի:
Սեպտեմբերի 2-ին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն այցելել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծակքար, Լիճկք, Ծովինար համայնքներ, քննարկել բնակիչների բարձրացրած հրատապ խնդիրները և վստահեցրել, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը հնարավորինս կօժանդակի այդ հարցերի լուծմանը:
Վերոնշյալ խնդիրները կարճ ժամկետներում չլուծելու պարագայում անհրաժեշտություն կառաջանա ներդնել առավել մեծ ֆինանսական միջոցներ, ուստի Կառավարությունն այսօր պահուստային ֆոնդից 147 մլն դրամ հատկացրեց` հիմնախնդիրները լուծելու նպատակով, գրում է Panorama.am-ը: Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը փոխվարչապետից հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյոք սահմանամերձի մասով իրենց խոստումները կատարել են, Ա.Գևորգյանը դրական պատասխան տվեց:
