ՀՀ ԱՆ աշխատակազմի լիցենզավորման գործակալությունը թմրամիջոցների ներկրմամբ զբաղվելու լիցենզիաներ է տրամադրում այնպիսի ձեռնարկությունների, որոնց գործունեությունը կապ չունի դեղերի ներկրման, արտադրության կամ վաճառքի հետ: Գրում է «Հրապարակ»-ը:

Այդ ընկերությունների շարքում են հայկական ատոմակայանը, «Երեւանի ջերմաէլեկտրակենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ն, «Դոքս քոմպյուտր» ՍՊԸ-ն, որն առողջապահության նախարարությունից թմրամիջոցների ներկրման լիցենզիա է ստացել հուլիսին:

Իսկ սեպտեմբերի սկզբին կառավարությունն իր նիստերից մեկում թմրամիջոցների եւ հոգեմետ նյութերի ներմուծման թույլտվություն տվեց Արարատի մարզում հանքային ջրերի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող «Արարատ գրուպ» ընկերությանը: Այս ընկերությունների ինչի՞ն է պետք թմրամիջոցների ներկրումը, անհասկանալի է եւ բազմիցս տարակուսանք է առաջացրել լրատվամիջոցներում: Խնդրում ենք պարզաբանել, թե ինչու են այս ընկերություններն ստանում թմրամիջոցների ներկրման թույլտվություն:

Այս հարցն ուղղեցինք առողջապահության նախարարությանը: Երեկ թերթին պատասխանեցին, որ թմրամիջոցների կամ հոգեմետ նյութերի, կամ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության սահմանած՝ դրանց պրեկուրսորների արտադրության, արտահանման, ներմուծման կամ մեծածախ առեւտրի իրականացման գործունեության իրականացման լիցենզավորման կարգը սահմանված է ՀՀ կառավարության 2011 թվականի մարտի 18-ի թիվ 281-Ն որոշմամբ: «Ձեր կողմից մատնանշված կազմակերպությունները դիմել են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարություն՝ մասնավորապես, պրեկուրսոր ներմուծելու եւ մեծածախ առեւտուր իրականացնելու լիցենզիա ստանալու համար: Պրեկուրսորը ո՛չ թմրամիջոց է, ո՛չ էլ հոգեմետ նյութ: «Դոքս քոմպյուտր» ՍՊԸ-ն հանդիսանում է ճապոնական Hitachi ընկերության գործընկերը՝ «Coding and marking» տպող սարքերի հետ կապված: Տպող սարքերում որպես ծախսվող նյութեր օգտագործվող թանաքը պարունակում է մեթիլ էթիլ կետոն, որը հանդիսանում է պրեկուրսոր:
