Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի պաշտոնական միջոցառումների մեկնարկը Ֆրանսիայում կտրվի հաջորդ տարվա հունվարից: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց Ֆրանսիայի Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի ներկայացուցիչ Մուրադ Փափազյանը' շեշտելով, որ միջոցառումները Եվրոպայում և ամբողջ աշխարհում թույլ կտան պայքարի պատմությունը բաժանել «մինչ 2015 թվականը և 2015-ից հետո»: «2015 թվականը շատ կարևոր տարի է լինելու թե′ Ֆրանսիայում, թե′ աշխարհի մյուս երկրներում: Ամեն տեղ ծրագրերը շատ բարձր մակարդակով են կատարվելու, Թուրքիայի համար շատ վատ տարի է լինելու, քանի որ բոլոր երկրներում հանրային կարծիքը, մամուլը, հեղինակավոր անձնավորությունները կմիանան մեզ, ու այն լուրջ մտահոգություն կառաջացնի Թուրքիայի համար: 2015 թվականի հունվարից կսկսվեն պաշտոնական ձեռնարկները, հանդեսները, հրատարկությունները, ֆիլմերի ցուցադրությունները, մեդիաներում հոդվածների, ռեպորտաժների թողարկումը, քաղաքապետարաններում ցուցահանդեսները: Ապրիլի 24-ին Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը պետք է գա այստեղ, առաջին նախագահն է, որ հայտարարեց այդ մասին, պետք է որ Եվրոպայի կամ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների նախագահներ միանան: Շատ լուրջ հետևանք պետք է ունենա»,- նշեց Մուրադ Փափազյանը:

Նրա խոսքով' հիշատակման միջոցառումների առանցքում պետք է լինի Թուրքիայի վրա ճնշում բանեցնելու ռազմավարությունը: «Պատգամը, որ պետք է հնչի 2015-ին, այն է, որ ճար չկա, դուք ոչ միայն պետք է ճանաչեք, այլև հետևանքները պետք է հաշվի առնեք: Այնքան ուժեղ ձևով պետք է աշխատենք, որ Թուրքիան այն տպավորությունն ունենա, որ այլ ելք չունի»,- ընդգծեց զրուցակիցը:

Մուրադ Փափազյանի համոզմամբ' Ֆրանսիայի հասարակությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանության թեմայով ամենատեղեկացվածներից է, ինչը ֆրանսահայ համայնքի երկար տարիների լուրջ աշխատանքի արդյունքն է: «Շատ ջանք թափեցինք, որ ամենաբարձր' նախագահի մակարդակով լսելի դարձնենք մեր դատը: Ֆրանսուա Օլանդն առաջին նախագահն է, որ մասնակցել է ֆրանսահայ գաղութի կազմակերպած ցեղասպանության հիշատակի արարողությանը»,- նշեց Մուրադ Փափազյանը' հավելելով, որ արդեն երկու տարի է' Ֆրանսիայի ավագ դպրոցների աշակերտներն իրենց դասագրքերում Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին թեմա ունեն: Հայ դատի հանձնախումբը մասնակցել է այդ տեքստի կառումանը, մասնագետները տարիներ շարունակ աշխատել են Ֆրանսիայի կրթության նախարարության հետ»,- հայտնեց Ֆրանսիայի Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի ներկայացուցիչը:

Օսմանյան կայսրությունում Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի տարիներին իրագործված հայ բնակչության կոտորածներն անվանում են Հայոց ցեղասպանություն: Այդ կոտորածներն իրագործվեցին երիտթուրքական կառավարության կողմից Օսմանյան կայսրության տարբեր շրջաններում: Միջազգային առաջին արձագանքը Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը Ֆրանսիայի, Ռուսաստանի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի 1915 թ. մայիսի 24-ի համատեղ հայտարարությունն էր, որտեղ հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ կատարված բռնությունները բնորոշվեցին որպես «հանցագործություն մարդկության եւ քաղաքակրթության դեմ»: Կողմերը կատարված հանցագործության համար պատասխանատու են համարում թուրքական կառավարությանը: Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ներկա դրությամբ ճանաչել են աշխարհի 2 տասնյակից ավելի երկրներ, ԱՄՆ 42 նահանգներ, հեղինակավոր միջազգային կազմակերպություններ: Երեք երկրներ' Շվեյցարիան, Սլովակիան և Հունաստանն օրենքով պատժում են անձանց, ովքեր ժխտում են Ցեղասպանությունը:
