Անշարժ գույքի շուկայում գնային միտումներն էականորեն չեն փոխվել։ «Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ 2014թ. առաջին կիսամյակում՝ ի համեմատ նախորդ կիսամյակի, գները բարձրացել են շատ չնչին՝ ընդամենը 0,5-1 տոկոսով և, իմ կարծիքով, մինչև տարեվերջ գնային էական փոփոխություն չի լինի։ Եթե Ռուսաստանի տնտեսությունն Արևմուտքի պատժամիջոցներից անկում ապրի և որպես հետևանք Ռուսաստանից եկ ող տրանսֆերտները հաջորդ տարի քչանան, այդ դեպքում հնարավոր է գները կտրուկ նվազեն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այսպիսի դիտարկում արեց Անշարժ գույքի բորսայի նախագահ Արտյոմ Պրիբիլսկին։
Փորձագետի կարծիքով՝ անշարժ գույքի գների անկման պատճառներից է վերջին տարիներին նկատվող շինարարության ծավալների կրճատումը։ «Ակնհայտ է, որ շինարարական ծավալների կրճատման պատճառներից է նաև արտագաղթը, քանի որ դրա հետևանքով ընկել է պահանջարկը։ 2008թ. համաշխարհային տնտեսկան ճգնաժամից հետո Հայաստանում անշարժ գույքի շուկան դեռևս չի վերականգնվել»,- ասաց նա և հավելեց, որ բնակարանաշինության ծավալների կրճատման պարագայում անկում են ապրել նաև շինարարությանը հարակից ճյուղերը, եթե չլինի գնային աճ, ապա չի լինի շինարարության աճ, դա նշանակում է , որ ճգնաժամը կշարունակվի։
Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի՝ շուկայի վերլուծության տվյալների համաձայն, 2014-ի հուլիսին, Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի շուկայում իրականացվել է 19 հազար 506 գործարք, ինչը 4,7 տոկոսով ավելի է նախորդ ամսվա՝ հունիսի և 13,2 տոկոսով՝ 2013-ի հունիսի գործարքների համեմատ։
Օտարման գործարքների քանակը հուլիսին հունիսի համեմատ աճել է 9 տոկոսով, իսկ անցյալ տարվա հուլիսի համեմատ՝ 5,9 տոկոսով: 4838 օտարման գործարքներից առքուվաճառքներինը կազմել է 67,7 տոկոսը։ Մնացածը նվիրատվություններն ու փոխանակություններն են։ Անշարժ գույքի օտարման գործարքների քանակի 40,9 տոկոսն արձանագրվել է Երևան քաղաքում, իսկ առքուվաճառքի գործարքների 40 տոկոսն արձանագրվել է բազմաբն ակարան շենքերի բնակարանների նկատմամբ։ 2014-ի հունիսի համեմատ, հուլիսին բնակարանների առքուվաճառքի գործարքների քանակը Երևանում աճել է 35,5 տոկոսով, իսկ նախորդ տարվա հուլիսի համեմատ՝ 9,9 տոկոսով։
Բնակարանների շուկայական միջին գները Երևանում այս տարվա հուլիսին հունիսի համեմատ աննշան (0,04 տոկոս) աճ են ունեցել:
