ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ն սպասում է Պետրոսյանի գործով ՄԱԿ-ի ՄԻ գերագույն հանձնակատարի արձագանքին

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը դեռ չի ստացել ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարին ուղարկած իր նամակի պատասխանը' Ադրբեջանում գերի ընկած և մեկ օր անց սպանված ՀՀ քաղաքացի Կարեն Պետրոսյանի դեպքի առնչությամբ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեցին ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հայկական կողմը կապի մեջ է գերագույն հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի հետ: «Իրենք ստացել են մեր գրությունը, բայց քանի որ նոր հանձնակատար է նշանակվել, դեռ չեն պատասխանել, սպասում ենք նրանց արձագանքին»,- հայտնեց աղբյուրը:

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի բռնությունների կանխարգելման վարչության պետ Երանուհի Թումանյանցն էլ տեղեկացրեց, որ ՄԱԿ-ի ՄԻ գերագույն հանձնակատարից ակնկալվող լավագույն արձագանքն այն կլինի, որ նա կպահանջի դիակի շուտափույթ հանձնում: «ՄԻ գերագույն հանձնակատարը, եթե խոսի դիակի վերադարձման մասին, դա, բնականաբար, կծառայի այն բանին, որ հետագայում նման տարբերակները ոչ միայն կկանխարգելվեն, այլև կբացառվեն: Որքան ուշացնեն դիակի հանձնումը, այնքան խոշտագման ու բռնության փաստերը, որոնք, կարծես, ակնհայտ են, հնարավոր կլինի թաքցնել: Դիակի հանձնման այսպիսի ձգձգումը, իրականում, խոշտանգման ու հետքերը թաքցնելու հիանալի տարբերակ է»,- ասաց Երանուհի Թումանյանցը:

Հարցին ի պատասխան, թե արդյոք այլ կառույցների նման դիմում ներկայացրել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ը, Երանուհի Թումանյանցը նշեց. «Քանի որ ՄԱԿ-ի ՄԻ գերագույն հանձնակատարին դիմելը մեր իրավասության ներքո էր, պաշտպանը որոշեց դիմել նրան: Այլ կառույցների չենք դիմել: Այս դեպքում, որպես զուտ կարգավորող խմբի, կարելի էր դիմել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբին ու Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեին, բայց քանի որ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը դիմել էր, և նրանք կատարել էին իրենց հայտարարությունները, արդեն կարիք չկար իրենց դիմելու»,-ավելացրեց Երանուհի Թումայնանցը:

ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղի բնակիչ Կարեն Պետրոսյանը օգոստոսի 7-ին, դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներոււմ, հատել էր հայ-ադրբեջանական պետական սահմանը և հայտնվել ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ: Չնայած ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների զանազան մեկնաբանություններին, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը պաշտոնապես հայտարարել է, որ Կարեն Պետրոսյանը չի հանդիսանում ՀՀ ԶՈՒ զինծառայող: Կարեն Պետրոսյանի հարազատների հավաստմամբ, ինչպես նաև նրա բժշկական փաստաթղթերի համաձայն, վերջինս առողջական խնդիրներ, առավել ևս սրտանոթային հիվանդություններ չի ունեցել և եղել է փաստացի առողջ: Ադրբեջանական կողմը, չբավարարվելով գերեվարված ՀՀ քաղաքացու նկատմամբ կիրառված ակնհայտ անմարդկային վերաբերմունքով, Կարեն Պետրոսյանին ենթարկել է նվաստացումների, տանջանքների և կտտանքների' հասցնելով նրան մահվան. այս ամենի ապացույցը ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներով շրջանառվող տեսանյութերն ու լուսանկարներն են:
