ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ընդունել է Բելառուսի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի նախագահի տեղակալ Վիկտոր Գումինսկու գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Ինչպես Արմենպրես-ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը ողջունել է հյուրերին Ազգային ժողովում և նշել, որ Բելառուսի պատվիրակության այցը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծո ւմ է երկու երկրների բարեկամական հարաբերությունները և Հայաստանի ու Բելառուսի միջև բազմակողմ համագործակցությունն ամրապնդելու պատրաստակամությունը:
Գալուստ Սահակյանը գոհունակությամբ նշել է, որ երկու ժողովուրդների ավանդական բարեկամական հարաբերություններն ունեն իրենց ուրույն պատմությունը, և 2014թ-ին նույնպես քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել Բելառուսի Հանրապետության հետ համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման ուղղությամբ:
ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը կարևորել է Հայաստանի և Բելառուսի համագործակցությունը միջազգային ասպարեզում՝ նշելով, որ երկու երկրների խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունները հաջողությամբ համագործակցում են ԱՊՀ Միջխորհրդարանական, ՀԱՊԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովներում, Միջխորհրդարանական միությո ւնում: Հայ խորհրդարանականները հետևողականորեն աջակցում են Բելառուսի դիրքորոշմանը միջազգային հարթակներում:
Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը գոհունակությամբ նշել է, որ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների կարևոր բաղադրիչներից է խորհրդարանական ձևաչափը, որի հիմնական հարթակն է Միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովը: ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը բելառուս գործընկերներին հրավիրել է մասնակցելու 2015թ-ին Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի Երևանում կայանալիք միջոցառումներին: ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի կարծիքով՝ նմանատիպ ոճրագործությունների կանխման միակ ճանապարհը միջազգային հանրության կողմից դրանց ճանաչումն ու դատապարտումն է:
ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ նիստի ընթացքում հնչած առաջարկությունները և ընդունված որոշումները կնպաստեն երկկողմ հարաբերությունների առավել խորացմանը:
Բելառուսի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի նախագահի տեղակալ Վիկտոր Գումինսկին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար: Նա նշել է, որ երկու եղբայրական ժողովուրդների պատմությունն ու ճակատագիրն ունեն շատ ընդհանրություններ: Այսօր երկու երկրներն էլ ձգտում են առավել խորացնել հարաբերությունները, աշխատել հանուն իրենց ժողովուրդների բարեկեցության: Նա նշել է, որ հարաբերությունները միջազգային հարթակներում ճիշտ են ձևավորվել, և հայկական ու բելառուսական պատվիրակությունները սատարում են իրար:
Անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին՝ Վիկտոր Գումինսկին նշել է նաև, որ հակամարտությունները պիտի լուծվեն խաղաղ ճանապարհով: Խոսելով մարդկության դեմ կատարված ոճրագործությունների մասին՝ նա նշել է, որ պատվիրակությունը վաղը կայցելի Ծիծեռնակաբերդ՝ հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու Մեծ եղեռնի զոհերի հիշատակին:
