Ռուսական ռուբլու շարունակական արժեզրկման և Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ կիրառված պատժամիջոցների ազդեցությունները կարող են ազդեցություն ունենալ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ առևտրային գործընկերն է և այն, որ Հայաստան հասնող տրանսֆերտների հիմնական մասը ռուսական արժույթով է, ապա ֆինանսական դաշտում փոփոխություններն անխուսափելի են: Սակայն փորձագիտական դաշտը դեռևս խուսափում է կանխատեսումներ կատարել սպասվող ազդեցությունների ծավալի վերաբերյալ' նշելով, որ դրանք կախված են քաղաքական զարգացումներից: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀԿ պատգամավոր, ԱԺ ֆինանսաբյուջետային հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գագիկ Մինասյանը խուսափեց ներկա փուլում կանխատեսումներ կատարել' պատճառաբանելով, որ իրավիճակի հետագա զարգացումը կախված է քաղաքական գործընթացներից: «Ներկայումս դժվար է ասել, թե արդյոք այս իրողությունը տևական կլինի և զարգացման ինչպիսի ուղղություն կունենա: Ռուսական և արևմտյան փորձագետները միակարծիք չեն այս հարցում: Նրանց մի մասը նշում է, որ այս գործընթացների արդյունքում կխթանվի Ռուսաստանի ներքին արտադրությունը, մյուսներն է լ լավատես չեն: Ամեն ինչ կախված է Ուկրաինայի շուրջ քաղաքական զարգացումներից: Տնտեսական զարգացումները կապված են ուկրաինական հարցի լուծման հետ»,- ասաց Մինասյանը:

Հարցի շուրջ այլ տեսակետ ունի տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը: Նրա կանխատեսմամբ' ռուսական տնտեսությունում կատարվող զարգացումների բացասական ազդակները սպասել չեն տա: «Բացասական ազդեցությունն առաջին հերթին զգալի կլինի տրանսֆերտների և դրամական փոխանցումների վրա: Կարծում եմ' բացասական ազդեցությունները կհասնեն ճիշտ այն չափերի, որքանով ռուբլին Հայաստանում շրջանառվում է: Ազդեցություն կլինի նաև Ռուսաստանից ներմուծվող ապրանքների մասով, քանի որ այնտեղ սպասվող գնաճը չի շրջանցի Հայաստանը: Այն, ինչ կապված է փողի շրջանառության և արժույթի տատանումների հետ, ավելի շուտ է դրսևորվում: Այդ առումով հակված եմ մտածելու, որ մոտակա օրերին էլ ռուբլու արժեզրկման ազդեցությունները կզգացվեն»,- ասաց Բոստանջյանը: Սակայն նա ավելի լավատես է իրական տնտեսության մեջ սպասվող «ցնցումների» մասով, քանի որ, տնտեսագետի խոսքով, պատժամիջոցների ենթարկված ռուսական ընկերությունները մեծ տարածում չունեն Հայաստանում:

Ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրկումը սկսվել է դեռ տարեսկզբից, սակայն ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի հետևանքով արժեզրկման տեմպն արագացավ: Գործընթացը շատ փորձագետներ անվանեցին «ազատ անկում»' հաշվի առնելով այն, որ արժեզրկումը տևական ժամանակ չէր դադարում: Սեպտեմբերի 15-ին ռուբլին գրանցեց պատմական նվազագույն շեմը և մեկ դոլարի գինն անցավ 38 ռուբլուց:
