Ադրբեջանի կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության միության ղեկավար Նովելլա Ջաֆարօղլուն դատապարտել է Բաքվի թիվ 1 քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում կալանավորված իր գործընկեր Լեյլա Յունուսի նկատմամբ ճնշումները:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Թուրան»-ի հետ զրույցում նա հայտնել է, որ մի քանի օր առաջ իր գործընկեր Միրվարի Գահրամանլըի ներկայությամբ հանդիպել է Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Ռուստամ Ուսուբովի հետ: Իրավապաշտպանները խնդրել են Լեյլա Յունուսի խափանման միջոցը փոխել տնային կալանքով:
Օրերս Ջաֆարօղլուն իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների Մոնիտորինգային խմբի մյուս անդամների հետ հանդիպել է Ադրբեջանի օմբուդսմեն Էլմիրա Սուլեյմանովայի հետ: Նրանք խնդրել են օժանդակել Յունուսին այլ բանտախուց, եւ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում' հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելու հարցում:
Իրավապաշտպաններն օմբուդսմենի ուշադրությանը հրավիրել են Յունուսի հետ միեւնույն բանտախցում քրեական հանցագործներ պահելու անթույլատրելիությունը: Սուլեյմանովան խոստացել է նրանց խնդրանքը փոխանցել Ադրբեջանի արդարադատության նախարար Ֆիքրեթ Մամեդովին:
Ադրբեջանցի իրավապաշտպանները մտադիր են սեպտեմբերի 24-25-ին միջազգային համաժողով կազմակերպել, որտեղ պետք է դիմեն Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւին ադրբեջանական Գուրբան բայրամի կապակցությամբ (հոկտեմբերի 4-5-ը) ազատ արձակել բոլոր քաղբանտրակյալներին' այդ թվում նաեւ Լեյլա Յունուսին:
Լեյլա Յունուսը բերման է ենթարկվել է' որպես լրագրող Ռաուֆ Միրկադիրովի գործով կասկածյալ, ով գտնվում է հետաքննության տակ' Ադրբեջանի Քրեական օրենսգրքի «հայրենիքին դավաճանության» հոդվածով: Ռաուֆ Միրկադիրովին մեղադրում են այն բանում, որ «ժողովրդական դիվանագիտության» միջազգային ծրագրով նա մի քանի անգամ այցելել է Հայաստան, եւ իբր, համագործակցել հայկական հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ:
Լեյլա Յունուսը Ռաուֆ Միրկադիրովի ապօրինի ձերբակալությունից հետո հայտարարել էր, որ հերթն իրենն է, քանի որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը ցանկանում է ազատ վել միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցող անկախ, ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպություններից եւ նրանց փոխարեն ներկայացնել իշխանամետ կազմավորումներ:
Ադրբեջանի ընդդիմության եւ դեմոկրատական ուժերի «Ազգային խորհուրդ» միավորումը հայտարարել է, որ միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունները Ադրբեջանում ներկա դրությամբ հաշվում են 107 քաղբանտարկյալներ:
