Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի վարույթում է Անդրանիկ Գասպարյանի գործով բերված վերաքննիչ բողոքի քննությունը:Գործի մանրամասները հրապարակել է “Ժամանակ”-ը:
31-ամյա Անդրանիկ Գասպարյանի գործը քննվել է Երեւանի Էրեբունի եւ Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի նախագահությամբ:
Անդրանիկը գտնվել է հետախուզման մեջ, հայտնաբերվել ու ձերբակալվել է Մոսկվայում 2012 թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ին: Հայաստան է տեղափոխվել 2013 թվականի հուլիսի 4 –ին:
Մեղսագրված արարքի կատարման ժամանակ Անդրանիկը 26 տարեկան է եղել: Հանցանքը, ըստ դատական ակտի, Անդրանիկը կատարել է իր բանակային ընկեր Արմեն Հայրապետյանի հետ: Վերջինս հանցագործությունից հետո ներկայացել է մեղայականով ու դատապարտվել է:
Անդրանիկն ու Արմենը 2000-2002 թվականներին միասին ծառայել են նույն զորամասում: Նրանք մտերմացել են, զորացրվելուց հետո էլ շարունակել են ընկերություն անել:
Ըստ դատական ակտի՝ 2008 թվականի հունվարի 29-ին, ժամը 23-ի սահմաններում Անդրանիկն ու Արմենը ժամանցի նպատակով գնացել են Հյուսիսային պողոտայում գործող “Ատլանտիկ” ակումբ: Խմել են 4-5-ական շիշ գարեջուր: Նույն ակումբում նրանք ծանոթացել են “Էքստազ” գիշերային ակումբի պարուհի, միաժամանակ մարմնավաճառությամբ զբաղվող Քրիստինեի հետ:
Երիտասարդները պարուհուն առաջարկել են ժամանցը շարունակել այլ վայրում: Քրիստինեն յուրաքանչյուրից պահանջել է 30 հազար դրամ:
Արդեն հունվարի 30-ին, գիշերվա ժամը 3-ն անց 30-ի սահմաններում այս եռյակը “Ատլանտիկ” ակումբից տաքսիով գնացել է Ազատամարտիկների փողոցում գործող “Էրեբունի” հյուրանոցային համալիր:
Սենյակ են վերցրել: Գարեջուր են պատվիրել, բայց գումար չունենալու պատճառով Արմենն ու Անդրանիկը որպես գրավ թողել են իրենց բջջային հեռախոսները:
Նրանք հյուրանոցային սենյակում սեռական հարաբերություն են ունեցել Քրիստինեի հետ: Վերջինս չգիտեր, որ երիտասարդների մոտ գումար չկա: Ննջասենյակից դուրս գալով՝ նա պահանջել է պայմանավորված գումարը:
Զգալով, որ տղաները կարող է չվճարեն, Քրիստինեն նրանց վախեցրել է, որ եթե չվճարեն, ինքը ոստիկանությունում կբողոքի՝ իբր նրանք իրեն բռնաբարել են:
Արմենն ու Անդրանիկը, ըստ դատական ակտի, հնարավոր են համարել, որ Քրիստինեն այդպես էլ կվարվի, եթե իրենք չվճարեն: Նրանք համաձայնության են եկել իրար հետ, որ Քրիստինեին տեղափոխեն այլ վայր ու նրա մոտ եղած զարդերը ավազակային հարձակմամբ հափշտակեն:
