Հայաստանի իշխանությունները՝ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ, քայլեր են ձեռնարկում' ելնելով բացառապես մեր ազգային շահերից՝ լավագույնս ապահովելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգությունն ու կայուն զարգացումը: «Հայաստան-Սփյուռք» հինգերորդ համաժողովի բացմանն այդ մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը մնում է չկարգավորված: Ադրբեջանը վարում է ռազմատենչ քաղաքականություն՝ սանձազերծելով նավթային դոլարներով սնուցվող սպառազինության մրցավազք: Թուրքիան, իր հերթին, խիստ կողմնակալ կեցվածք է դրսևորում և շարունակում է շրջափակման մեջ պահել Հայաստանը: Մյուս կողմից, Վրաստանի հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ ևս չեն նպաստում տարածաշրջանի կայունությանը և թույլ չեն տալիս մեզ լիարժեք կերպով օգտագործել տրանզիտի ու արտաքին տնտեսական համագործակցության հնարավորությունները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Աբրահամյանը:
Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ այս բոլոր գործոնները ստիպում են Հայաստանի իշխանություններին արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ լինել ճկուն և շրջահայաց:
