Աստվածային հողի արարչագործ հայ ժողովուրդը հայ ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարի թոհ ու բոհի մեջ ծնված արցախյան հերոսամարտի ընթացքում, նահատակված և կենդանի հերոսների նվիրվածության, աշխատասիրության, պատասխանատվության, ասել է թե մեծ հայրենասիրության շնորհիվ ձեռք բերեց հայոց անկախ պետականություն, որը յուրաքանչյուրիս համար դարձավ բացարձակ արժեք այնպես, ինչպես ծնողը, ընտանիքը հայրենիքը, իսկ անկախության ամենամեծ ձեռքբերումը դարձավ հայոց ազգային բանակը, որը յուրաքանչյուրիս համար նույնպես դարձավ բացարձակ արժեք այնպես, ինչպես ծնողը, ընտանիքը հայրենիքը:
Ուղիղ 23 տարի է Երկիր մոլորակի տարբեր անկյուններում բնակվող, արցախյան փառավոր հերոսամարտ հաղթանակած քրիստոնյա հայ ժողովուրդը մեծ հպարտությամբ տոնում է Հայոց Պետականության Անկախության տարեդարձը:

միշտ գիտակցե´ք, որ Դո´ւք եք հաղթանակած պետության, հաղթանակած բանակի հաղթանակած քաղաքացին և զինվորը: Միշտ գիտակցեք, որ Ձեր սրբազան և ինքնազոհ ծառայության արդյունքում մենք ունենալու ենք հայրենատեր, պատասխանատու և քրիստոնյա սերունդ: Միշտ գիտակցե´ք, որ խաղաղ պայմաններում Դո´ւք ազնվագույն զավակներն եք Ձեր ծնողների, իսկ պատերազմի ժամանակներում անվախ, քաջարի և անպարտելի զինվորները մեր հայրենիքի: Միշտ գիտակցե՛ք, որ Ձեր խրամատների դիմաց կանգնած են հինավուրց հայ ժողովրդի դարավոր թշնամի հակառակորդները, իսկ Ձեր թիկունքում են ամեն օր, ամեն ժամ Ձեզ փառաբանող, Ձեզ սպասող քրիստոնյա հայ ժողովուրդը: Միշտ գիտակցե՛ք, որ յուրաքանչյուրիդ հպարտությունն ու անձնական շքեղությունը հայոց ազգային պետականությունն է, իսկ ազգային պետականության հիմքը անդավաճան հավատքն է առ Աստված, անընդհատ զարգացող տնտեսությունն է, անընդհատ հզորացող ազգային բանակն է և արժանապատիվ ու հայրենասեր քաղաքացիներն են հայոց պետականության: Միշտ գիտակցեք, որ մենք՝ հայերս սրբազան պարտք ունենք կատարելու Աստծո առջև, անընդհատ հզորացնելով հայկական բարձրավանդակը՝ կերտելով մեծ և հզոր, քրիստոնյա Հայաստան: Միշտ գիտակցեք, որ հայ տեսակի պահպանման և հզորացման հիմքը ազգային-պետական-հայրենասիրական գաղափարախոսությունն է, իսկ համայն հայության միասնության հիմքը Հայոց Ազգային Բանակն է, Հայոց Նախագահն է, Հայոց Պետականությունն է: Կրեցեք Ձեր մեջ նշածս եռամիասնության արժեքային համակարգը և այսօր, քան երբևէ Դուք կլինեք ավելի ուժեղ, ավելի հզոր, ավելի միասնական, և ես կասեմ ձեզ կեցցե՛ք Դուք, կեցցե՛ Հայ Ժողովուրդը, կեցցե՛ Ազգային Բանակը, կեցցե՛ Հայոց Նախագահը, կեցցե՛ Հայոց Անկախ Պետականությունը»:
