Ռուսաստանի Տյումեն քաղաքում ապրիլի 21-ին սեփական բնակարանում դանակի 40 հարվածից սպանված 26-ամյա Նունե Սարգսյանի հարազատներին չեն գոհացնում գործով քննիչների գործողությունները. նրանց փաստաբանը կրկնակի փորձաքննություններ է պահանջել:
NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Նունե Սարգսյանի ամուսինը՝ Արամ Ապրեսյանը, հայտնեց, որ իրենք չեն ցանկանում, որ գործն ուղարկվի դատարան, քանի որ իրենց համար անհասկանալի բաներ կան:
«Նշանակված փորձաքննությունների արդյունքները մեզ չէին բավարարել, մենք կրկնակին պահանջեցինք: Առաջինը վերաբերվում էր Նունեի հարազատների մատնահետքերին, այսինքն այս փորձաքննությամբ ապացուցվեց, որ մենք ոչ մեկս այդ պահին տանը չենք եղել, հետեւաբար կատարվածի հետ որեւէ առնչություն ունենալ չենք կարող: Երկրորդ փորձաքննությամբ ապացուցվեց, որ սպանողի հագուստի վրայի արյան հետքերը պատկանում են իմ կնոջը: Դեռ կան փորձաքննություններ, որոնց արդյունքները դեռ չենք ստացել»,- ասաց Արամ Ապրեսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենք տարբեր միջնորդություններ են ներկայացրել քննչական մարմնին եւ սպասում են որոշումներին: Այդ պատճառով էլ նախաքննությունը դեռ մեկ-երկու ամիս կձգձգվի:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ որ Տյումենում սարսափելի սպանություն է կատարվել: Պիցցայի առաքիչ 22-ամյա տյումենցի Զախար Կովրիգինը Նունեի պատվերն առաքելիս որոշել է տիրանալ աղջկա ունեցվածքին: Կովրիգինը դանակ է հանել եւ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով պահանջել, որ աղջիկը իրեն հանձնի ձեռքի տակ եղած ողջ գումարն ու արժեքավոր իրերը: Ստանալով պահանջվածը` ոսկե մատանիներ եւ գումար, չարագործը, մտավախությամբ, որ տուժողը տեղի ունեցածի մասին կհայտնի իրավապահ մարմիններին, նրան դանակի առնվազն 40 հարված է հասցրել: Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
