Արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Կառավարության շենքի դիմաց: «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխությունների դեմ բողոքող՝ Երեւանի տոնավաճառների մի քանի հարյուր առեւտրականներ փակել են Հանրապետության հրապարակի մուտքը Տիգրան Մեծ պողոտայի կողմից եւ պահանջում են չեղյալ հայտարարել օրենքը:
NEWS.am-ի թղթակիցը հաղորդում է, որ ոստիկանները շղթա են կազմել եւ փորձում են հրելով ցուցարարներին դուրս հանել փողոցի բանուկ հատվածից: Քիչ առաջ դեպքի վայր ժամանեցին Երեւանի ոստիկանապետ Աշոտ Կարապետյանն ու փոխոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը: Նրանք այժմ բանակցում են ցուցարարների հետ՝ փորձելով համոզել նրանց բացել ճանապարհը:
Առեւտրականների կտրուկ գործողությունների պատճառն այն է, որ նրանց չեն բավարարել վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ հանդիպման արդյունքները. վարչապետը թեեւ լսել է նրանց, սակայն հստակ ասել է, որ օրենքը չի կասեցվելու: Նրանք սպառնում են, որ փողոցից չեն հեռանա, մինչեւ չլուծվի իրենց խնդիրը: Ցուցարարները նաեւ պահանջում են, որ ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները գան ու իրենց կողքին կանգնեն:
Նշենք, որ այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին, Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ստորագրել է օրենքը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2014թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտնում «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, ըստ որի տոնավաճառների աշխատողները պիտի իրենց ապրանքաշրջանառության վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթեր ներկայացնեն համապատասխան մարմիններ, սակայն խոշոր բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչները հաճախ ապրանքների վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթեր չեն տրամադրում փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկություններին:
Նոր փոփոխությամբ՝ առաջին անգամ փաստաթուղթ չներկայացնելու դեպքում ձեռնարկությունը նախազգուշացում է ստանում, երկրորդ անգամ՝ տուգանվում 20 հազար դրամի չափով, երրորդ անգամ՝ շրջանառության հարկի 5 տոկոսի չափով:
