Գյումրիում հուլիսի 28-ի լույս 29-ի գիշերը դանակահարության եւս 3 դեպք է տեղի ունեցել: News.am-ի տեղեկատվությամբ՝ այս անգամ եղբայրը դանակահարել է եղբորը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջին 1 շաբաթվա ընթացքում սա արդեն 5-րդ դեպքն է Գյումրիում: Այս առնչությամբ Aravot.am-ը զրուցեց Գյումրիի նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի հետ: Մեր հարցին՝ Գյումրին նախկինում մշակութային քաղաք էր, հիմա կրիմինալի հեղինակություն ունի, ի՞նչ է կատարվում Գյումրիում: Նա պատասխանեց. «Ես ի՞նչ ասեմ, երբ որ այստեղ մարդ էր գալիս (նկատի ունի քաղաքապետի փոխվելը,- Հ.Ջ.), ասում էիք՝ բարոյահոգեբանական մթնոլորտը եկել են փոխելու: Էս ի՞նչ դարձավ էս բարոյահոգեբանական մթնոլորտը»: Մենք ճշտեցինք ՝այսինքն, քաղաքապետի պատճառո՞վ է եղել՝ Վարդան Ղուկասյանը պատասխանեց. «Ոչ միայն իր: Շատ վատ է, որ երկիրը խառնում է տեր ու մանուկին իրար: Երբ գործ չի լինում, պրոբլեմ է լինում, այն կառույցները, որ պետք է դրանից ուրախանան, որ իրար են խփում, պետք է ինչ-որ բանով օգտվեն, ասում են՝ էս ի՞նչ է այսքան խաղաղ, մարդ չկա, որ իրար խփեն, մենք մեջը փող աշխատենք»:
Մեր հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ են այդքան շատացել հանցագործության դեպքերը Գյումրիում, ո՞վ է պատասխանատու դրա համար՝ Վարդան Ղուկասյանը պատասխանեց. «Ուղղակի դուք եք այդպես շատ լուսաբանում: Երեւանում նույնքան սարսափելի բաներ են տեղի ունենում: Հետո երկրորդ քաղաքն է դարձել, բոլոր երկրորդ քաղաքների բնակչության մեջ, սարեցի ժողովրդի մեջ՝ այստեղ, շատ է տղամարդկություն, թասիբ քաշել: Տես, դուսընկածի համար մարդ են խփում: Իսկ հիմա այդտեղ գալուբոյներն այնքան շատ են, որ սովորական բան է դարձել, ասենք, շատ տեղերում»:
Ըստ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի, Գյումրիում թասիբը մեռած չի, դրա համար իրար սպանում են՝ նամուսի համար. «Կարճ հագնելը ամոթ է, հասկանո՞ւմ ես, տղամարդու շալվարը, որ կնիկմարդը հագնում է՝ ամոթ է: Չնայած գրված է, որ աշխարհի վերջին օրերին կանայք պիտի կուսությունից դուրս գան, նոր ամուսնանան, տղամարդիկ պետք է ստորանան կանանց դեմ, այդպիսի բաներ են գրված»:
