16 տարին չլրացած ՀՀ քաղաքացի երեխաները կարող են ստանալ հին նմուշի անձնագիր կամ կենսաչափական տվյալներ պարունակող անձնագիր:
Անձնագիր ստանալու համար դիմումը կարող է ներկայացնել երեխայի ծնողներից մեկը կամ այլ օրինական ներկայացուցիչը:
Հին նմուշի անձնագիր ստանալու համար (առաջին անգամ անձնագիր ստանալու դեպքում) ծնողը կամ այլ օրինական ներկայացուցիչը (անձնագրով) անձնագրային ծառայություն ներկայացնում է՝
1) սահմանված ձևի դիմում,
2) երեխայի ծննդյան վկայականը,
3) 35X45մմ չափսի երկու գունավոր լուսանկար,
4) ամուսնության վկայական կամ հայրության ճանաչման վկայական կամ միայնակ մայր հանդիսանալու վերաբերյալ տեղեկանք,
5) այլ օրինական ներկայացուցչի կողմից դիմում ներկայացնելու դեպքում՝ օրինական ներկայացուցչությունը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ,
6) պետական տուրքի վճարման անդորրագիր:
Կենսաչափական տվյալներ պարունակող անձնագիր ստանալու համար (առաջին անգամ անձնագիր ստանալու դեպքում) ի տարբերություն հին նմուշի անձնագիր ստանալու դեպքերի, ներկայացվում են վերը նշված փաստաթղթերը, բացառությամբ երեխայի լուսանկարների: Երեխան ծնողի կամ այլ օրինական ներկայացուցչի հետ ներկայանում է անձնագրային ծառայություն՝ տեղում լուսանկարվելու համար:
Հին նմուշի անձնագրի փոխանակման համար ծնողը կամ այլ օրինական ներկայացուցիչը (անձնագրով) անձնագրային ծառայություն ներկայացնում է՝
1) սահմանված ձևի դիմում,
2) փոխանակման ենթակա անձնագիրը,
3) 35X45մմ չափսի երկու գունավոր լուսանկար,
4) այլ օրինական ներկայացուցչի կողմից դիմում ներկայացնելու դեպքում՝ օրինական ներկայացուցչությունը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ,
5) պետական տուրքի վճարման անդորրագիր:
Կենսափափական տվյալներ պարունակող անձնագրի փոխանակման համար, ի տարբերություն հին նմուշի անձնագիրը փոխանակելու դեպքերի, ներկայացվում են վերը նշված փաստաթղթերը, բացառությամբ երեխայի լուսանկարների: Երեխան ծնողի կամ այլ օրինական ներկայացուցչի հետ ներկայանում է անձնագրային ծառայություն՝ տեղում լուսանկարվելու համար:
Հին նմուշի անձնագիրը տրվում է 5-րդ աշխատանքային օրը, իսկ կենսաչափական տվյալներ պարունակող անձնագիրը՝ 15-րդ աշխատանքային օրը:
Մինչև 16 տարին լրանալը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացու անձնագրով փաստաթղթավորելիս' անձնագրերը տրվում են 3 տարի վավերականության ժամկետով, իսկ արական սեռի 15 տարին լրացած անչափահասներին' մինչև 18 տարին լրանալը:
