ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հանդիպել է Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի հիմնադրման 91-րդ տարեդարձին նվիրված տոնական միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու նպատակով Արցախ այցելած Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հետ: Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ ԼՂՀ նախագահը, կարևորելով երևանյան պատվիրակության մասնակցությունը Ստեփանակերտի տոնին, ընդգծել է, որ իսկապես հաճելի է արձանագրել, որ ինչպես հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների մայրաքաղաքների, այնպես էլ ԼՂՀ շրջանների ու Երևանի վարչական շրջանների միջև հաստատված համագործակցությունը ջերմ է ու արդյունավետ. «Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն, իրոք, ուրույն և կարևոր դերակատարում ունի Արցախի կյանքում, ինչը, համոզված եղեք, առանձնակի է կարևորվում և գնահատվում մեր կողմից: Ու ես վստահ եմ, պարոն քաղաքապետ, որ նաև Ձեր անմիջական ջանքերի շնորհիվ ինչպես Երևանի և Ստեփանակերտի, այնպես էլ Երևանի վարչական շրջանների ու Արցախի շրջանների միջև համագործակցությունն էլ ավելի կամրապնդվի ու կընդլայնվի»,- ընդգծել է ԼՂՀ նախագահը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար` քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նախ շնորհավորել է ԼՂՀ նախագահին Ստեփանակերտի օրվա կապակցությամբ և ընդգծել, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը շարունակելու է սերտորեն համագործակցել Ստեփանակերտի և Արցախի շրջանների հետ՝ իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում, ըստ ամենայնի փորձելով աջակցել տարբեր նախաձեռնություններին ու ծրագրերին. «Մեր կողմից, պարոն նախագահ, իսկապես առանձնակի է կարևորվում Արցախի հետ հարաբերությունների խթանումն ու ընդլայնումը, որը, ինչպես արդարացիորեն նշեցիք նաև Դուք, բավականին արդյունավետ զարգացումներ է գրանցում: Ու վստահ եղեք, որ այն լինելու է շարունակական՝ ի բարօրություն թե՛ Երևանի ու երևանցիների և թե՛ Արցախի ու արցախահայության»,- նշել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Հանդիպման վերջում Երևանի քաղաքապետը ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանին և Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդ Պարգև Արքեպիսկոպոս Մարտիրոսյանին պաշտոնապես հրավիրել է հոկտեմբերի 11-12-ին մասնակցելու Էրեբունի-Երևանի 2796-ամյակի տոնակատարություններին: Տարոն Մարգարյանն ընդգծել է, որ Երևանը ևս մեծ պատրաստակամությամբ է պատրաստվել տոնին և արել է հնարավորը, որպեսզի տոնական այդ օրը ինչպես երևանցիների, այնպես էլ մայրաքաղաքի հազարավոր հյուրերի համար իսկապես տոնախմբության վերածվի:
