Եթե 60-ականներին, 70-ականներին և նույնիսկ 80-ական թվականներին Երևանում այսպիսի բան պատմեին, ոչ ոք չէր հավատա, պատմողին էլ հավանաբար կքոթակեին այդ աստիճան անբարո հորինվածքի համար: Բայց ստորև ներկայացվողը, ցավոք, հորինվածք չէ, այլ մեր բարքերի և իրականության` գնալով մեծացող այլասերման հերթական վկայություններից մեկը:

Ինչպես պարզվել է քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ, Երևանի բնակիչ Հովհաննես Սաֆարյանը հանդիսանալով 21 տարին լրացած անձ, իր բնակարանում գտնվող համակարգչի միջոցով ստանալով համացանցի հասանելիություն, 2013թ. հոկտեմբերի 28-ին «Odnoklassniki.ru» սոցիալական կայքի իր ստեղծած «Սաֆարյաններ» և «HOVHANNES@SYUZKA SAFARYANNER» անվամբ անհատական էջերի միջոցով ակնհայտ 16 տարին չլրացած անձի նկատմամբ էլեկտրոնային հաղորդակցության ցանցի կիրառմամբ, անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, այցելել է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 2001թ. օգոստոսի 20-ին ծնված, 12- ամյա Սամվել Մովսիսյանի «odnoklassniki.ru» սոցիալական կայքի հաղորդակցման համակարգի անհատական էջ: Հովհաննես Սաֆարյանը, ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության, ներկայանալով «Հովո» անվամբ, Սամվել Մովսիսյանին առաջարկել է համացանցով ընկերանալ, ապա ֆուտբոլային թեմայով պատկերի ներքո լուսանկարներ պատրաստելու պատրվակով, «SKAYPE» հաղորդակցման համակարգի միջոցով Ս. Մովսիսյանին լուսանկարահանել է կիսամերկ վիճակում: Իսկ հաջորդ օրը զանգահարելով Ս. Մովսիսյանի բջջային հեռախոսահամարին, առաջարկել է հանդիպել: Վերջինս այդ մասին տեղյակ է պահել մորը` Ա. Մովսիսյանին, իսկ մնացյալը, կարծում ենք, արդեն պարզ է…

Վերը նշված արարքի համար Հ. Սաֆարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-142-րդ հոդվածի (անառակաբարո գործողությունների հանցափորձը) 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 6-րդ կետերի, 263-րդ հոդվածի («Պոռնկագրական նյութեր կամ առարկաներ տարածելը») 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերի հատկանիշներով:
