Ազգային ժողովում Հեռուստառադիոընկերության 2013 թվականի գործունեության վերաբերյալ հաշվետվություն ներկայացնելու ժամանակ Հայաստանի Հանրային հեռուստառադիոընկերության խորհրդի նախագահ Ռուբեն Ջաղինյանն ասաց, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում ավելացել են կրթական, դաստիարակչական, գիտական և մշակութային հաղորդաշարերը, արտադրվում են հաղորդաշարեր նաև Հայաստանում ապրող ազգային փոքրամասնությունների կենցաղի և մշակույթի վերաբերյալ: ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նկատեց, որ Հանրայինի եթերը նկատելիորեն փոխվել է: Շարմազանովն ասաց, որ մշակութային, դաստիարակչական և կրթական հաղորդումների պակաս Հանրայինի եթերում կար: Շարմազանովը հստակ անդրադառանալով որոշակի հաղորդումների` հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյո՞ք հնարավոր չէ որոշ հաղորդումներ ցուցադրել «փրայմ-թայմի» ժամի. Օրինակ Արթուր Բախտամյանի վարած «Հայոց հարց» հաղոդումը շատ հետաքրքիր է, և՛ հարցերն են հետաքրքիր, և՛ պատասխանները: Բայց ես այն նայում էի գիշերվա 1:15-ին: Հնարավոր չէ, որ այն ցուցադրվի «փրայմ-թայմի» ընթացքում: Այդ գիշերվա ժամին քանի՞ մարդ կնայի: Ես կուզենայի, որ իմ երեխաներն էլ նայեն այդ հաղորդումները, բայց երեխաներիցս մեկը 12 տարեկան է, մյուսը՝ 6: Մեծ ցանկության դեպքում գիշերը ժամը 1-ին չեն կարող արթուն լինել: Ես խնդրում եմ, որ այդ որակյալ հաղորդումները տաք «փրայմ-թայմին»: Ռուբեն Ջաղինյանը պատասխանեց, որ «փրայմ -թայմը» ժամը 7-11:30 է, և բոլոր հաղորդումները չեն տեղավորվում այդ մի քանի ժամվա ընթացքում. «Արթուր Բախտամյանի հաղորդումը ուշ ժամի է հեռարձակվում, որովհետև այն շատ անկեղծ է: Ինքն իր տեղում է»: ԱԺ փոխնախագահը նաև առաջարկեց Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին ընդառաջ` հերոսներին նվիրված հոլովակներ պատրաստել և ցուցադրել, ինչին ի պատասխան Ջաղինյանն ասաց, որ հավանաբար նման հաղորդումներ տարեվերջին կհեռարձակվեն:
