Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը մասնակցել է Ուսուցչի օրվան նվիրված հանդիսավոր միջոցառմանը: ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով Ուսուցչի օրվա առթիվ, կրթության ու մանկավարժության բնագավառում ներդրած մեծ ավանդի համար մի խումբ մանկավարժների շնորհվել է Վաստակավոր մանկավարժի կոչում: ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով մի խումբ մանկավարժներ պարգևատրվել են Մովսես Խորենացի մեդալով: Պարգևները հանձնել է վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:

Վարչապետն Ուսուցչի օրվա կապակցությամբ, մատաղ սերնդի հայրենասիրական դաստիարակության գործում և կրթության և մանկավարժության բնագավառներում ներդրած ավանդի համար հանրապետության տարբեր մարզերը ներկայացնող մի խումբ մանկավարժների պարգևատրել է ՀՀ վարչապետի հուշամեդալով և շնորհակալագրերով:

Տարվա լավագույն ուսուցիչ և դաստիարակ ճանաչված մանկավարժները պարգևատրվել են ավտոմեքենաներով, իսկ լավագույն տնօրենը՝ համակարգչով: Մրցանակները վերջիններիս հանձնել է վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը:

Վարչապետն Ուսուցչի օրվա կապակցությամբ ուղերձ է հղել, որում մասնավորապես նշել է.

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և անձամբ իմ անունից սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ այս գեղեցիկ տոնի՝ Ուսուցչի օրվա առթիվ:

Այն շատ սիրված տոն է յուրաքանչյուրիս համար: Հայ ժողովուրդը միշտ էլ բարձր է գնահատել ուսուցչի նվիրյալ գործունեությունն ու հավատարմությունը իր վեհ կոչմանը: Ձեր անձնվեր աշխատանքի շնորհիվ է, որ դուք մշտապես, նույնիսկ հայրենիքի համար ճակատագրական պահերին, հուսալի թիկունք եք եղել՝ յուրովի ամրացնելով հայոց պետականության հիմքերը: Դրա մասին է վկայում մեր ժողովրդի բազմադարյա պատմությունը, երբ նույնիսկ պետականության կորստի պայմաններում հայ ուսուցիչը շարունակում էր սերունդ կրթել՝ մտապատկերում ունենալով վերականգնված պետականության տեսլականը:

Մեր նորագույն պատմությունը կերտելու առաջին իսկ օրերից՝ հաղթահարելով դժվարություններ, դուք ձեր անխոնջ աշխատանքով մեծապես նպաստեցիք նորաստեղծ պետության կայացմանը: Մենք կարողացել ենք արձանագրել հաջողություններ, որովհետև դուք մշտապես սերմանել եք և սերունդների մեջ վառ պահել հայրենիքին անմնացորդ նվիրվելու գաղափարը:

Կրթական համակարգը մշտապես պետական հոգածության կարիք է ունեցել: Գիտակցելով այդ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունն աջակցում և շարունակելու է ամեն կերպ աջակցել համակարգին՝ կարևորելով գիտելիքահեն և մրցունակ տնտեսության նշանակությունը ժամանակակից աշխարհում: Դա բխում է մեր ազգային շահերից: Վստահեցնում եմ ձեզ, որ կառավարության դերակատարությունը և աջակցությունն այդ գործընթացին աստիճանաբար դառնալու է ավելի շոշափելի և տեսանելի:
