37-ամյա Դիանա Նահապետյանի մահից անցել է ավելի քան մեկուկես տարի, սակայն նրա դուստրերը` 15-ամյա Արփինեն ու 18-ամյա Անահիտը շարունակ մղձավանջներ են ունենում և լցված են իրենց մորը դաժանաբար կյանքից զրկողին սպանելու անհագ ցանկությամբ: Armlur.am-ի հետ զրույցում Դիանայի մայրը` Վալյա Նահապետյանը, նշեց, որ վերջին դատական նիստին խնդրել է մեղադրողին և պաշտպանին երեխաներին դատակոչելու միջնորդությամբ հանդես չգալ: Նրա խոսքերով` ամեն անգամ, իրենց կյանքի ամենադաժան դրվագը վերհիշելով, երեխաներն ավելի մեծ սթրես են ապրում: «Դեպքից հետո երեխաների հետ հոգեբաններ աշխատեցին, ու, անկեղծ ասած, արդյունքը բավականին գոհացնող էր: Սակայն ավելի ուշ նրանց մոտ կրկին սկսվեցին սթրեսային վիճակները: Մանավանդ սկզբի շրջանում թոռներս ագրեսիվ էին դարձել: Մեծս ասում է՝ տատի՛, եթե դրան բան չլինի, ես իմ ձեռքերով եմ դրա վերջը տալու: Իսկ փոքր թոռս էլ մեկ-մեկ ասում է` տատի՛, որ բալկոնից ինձ քցեմ, ի՞նչ կլինի: Խեղճ էրեխեքս փոքր-փոքր էդ անասունի պատճառով հիստերիկ են դառել»,- հուսահատ ասաց սպանված կնոջ մայրը:

 Հիշեցնենք, որ 2012 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 4-ին 51-ամյա Վոլոդա Մուրադյանը, իր կնոջ` Դիանա Նահապետյանի բնակարանում ամուսնական անհավատարմության հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանության մեջ է մտել նրա հետ: Վիճաբանության ընթացքում ձեռքերով, ապակյա վազով հարվածներ է հասցրել կնոջ մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, այնուհետև մազերից քաշելով տարել է խոհանոցի մուտքի մոտ և խոհանոցային դանակներով կրկին սկսել է հարվածել Դիանային, ինչի հետևանքով կինը տեղում մահացել է: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 104 հոդվածի 1 մասի հատկանիշներով (սպանություն), սակայն տուժողի իրավապաշտպանը միջնորդություն պետք է ներկայացնի 104 հոդվածի 5 մասի հատկանիշների առաջադրման մասին, այն է` սպանություն՝ առանձնակի դաժանությամբ, ինչը նախատեսում է 12-20 տարվա կամ ցմահ ազատազրկում: Նշանակված դատահոգեբանական փորձաքննությամբ պարզ է դարձել, որ Վոլոդյա Մուրադյանը կոմուլյատիվ աֆեկտի տակ չի գտնվել, նա եղել է հոգեկան բարձր հուզական վիճակում, սակայն հանցանքը կատարելիս ամբողջովին գիտակցությունից զրկված չի եղել: Այսինքն՝ մեղսունակ է և գիտակցելով է կատարել հանցանքը: Իսկ դատական նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ, ինչպես մեզ հայտնեց Վալյա Նահապետյանը, Վոլոդյան ասել է. «Ո՞ւր ա Հայաստանում տղամարդ: Դրանց շալվարները պետք ա հանել, յուբկա հագցնել: Հավաքվել են՝ կնկա իրավունքները պաշտպանե՞ն»:
