Երեկ Մինսկում ստորագրվել է Հայաստանի ԵՏՄ-ին միանալու մասին համաձայնագիրը: Գրում է «Հրապարակ»-ը:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը ոչ այն է՝ խնդրել է, ոչ այն է' հույս է հայտնել, որ Մաքսային եռյակի խորհրդարաններն առաջիկա մեկ-երկու ամսում կվավերացնեն պայմանագիրը, որպեսզի 2015-ի հունվարի 1-ից Հայաստանն էլ մասնակցի ԵՏՄ աշխատանքներին:

Թե ԵՏՄ-ում ո՞ւր է աշխատանք ամենավայրի առուծախից բացի, աստված գիտե: Իհարկե, նաեւ ՌԴ նախագահը, որովհետեւ նա է միլիարդավոր դոլարներ վճարում Բելառուսի եւ Ղազախստանի անդամակցության դիմաց:

Ի դեպ, երեկ էլ Բելառուսի «հարկային մանյովրի» պահանջը թե շանտաժը կատարելու գնով Պուտինին հաջողվեց հասնել Մինսկի կողմից ԵՏՄ պայմանագրի վավերացման' ներառյալ նախագահի կողմից ստորագրման: Ղազախստանի խորհրդարանի վերին պալատն էլ թեեւ բոլոր ընթացակարգերը եւ նախապես հայտարարված ժամկետները մի կողմ թողնելով վավերացրեց համաձայնագիրը, սակայն միեւնույն է՝ Նազարբաեւը դեռ չստորագրեց, այնպես, որ երկու ամիս հետո, դեկտեմբերին կկայանա ԵՏՄ պայմանագրի վավերագրերի փոխանակումը կողմերի միջեւ, եւ միայն դրանից հետո ԵՏՄ պայմանագիրն իրավական ուժ ձեռք կբերի:

Սերժ Սարգսյանի ցանկությունն էլ իբր այն է, որ Հայաստանի ԵՏՄ-ին միանալն էլ դեկտեմբերին իրավական ուժ ստանա: Չէ՞ որ ստորագրելն սկիզբն է, դեռ պետք է ազգային խորհրդարանների վավերացում' բոլոր խութերով ու ոլորաններով: Եթե պայմանագրի ստորագրումը տեւեց ամիսներ, գրեթե մեկ տարի, ինչո՞ւ պետք է վավերացումը նույնքան չտեւի, մանավանդ երբ բուն ԵՏՄ պայմանագրի վավերացումը Բելառուսում եւ Ղազախստանում հինգ ամիս ձգվելով, միեւնույն է, երեկ դեռ վավերագրերի փոխանակման փուլին չհասավ:

Սակայն անցած մեկ տարում ԵՏՄ պայմանագրի ստեղծումը, այն քաղաքական բաղադրիչից իսպառ զրկելը, վավերացման ընթացքը կամ այդ դատապարտված կառույցի ապագան չէ կարեւորը, այլ էապես փոխված աշխարհա-քաղաքական իրադրությունն անցած մեկ տարում:
