Երևանի քաղաքապետի հրավերով «Էրեբունի-Երևան 2796» տոնակատարություններին մասնակցելու նպատակով Երևան այցելած Ֆրանսիայի Վիեն քաղաքի քաղաքապետ Տիերի Կովակսի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը հանդիպել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հետ: Ողջունելով հյուրերին և շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Երևանի օրը միասին տոնելու հրավերն ընդունելու համար՝ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նկատել է, որ Վիենի քաղաքապետի այցը նաև հրաշալի առիթ է երկու քաղաքների միջև գործընկերային կապեր հաստատելու համար. «Ֆրանսիականմիշարք քաղաքների հետ Երևանն այսօրհամագործակցում է սերտորեն, որի արդյունքում իրականացվելուիրականացվումենհամատեղբազմաթիվկարևործրագրեր: Ֆրանսիական գործընկեր քաղաքների հետմեր սերտ համագործակցությունը շոշափելի արդյունքներ է տվելտեղականինքնակառավարման,տնտեսականզարգացման, զբոսաշրջության խթանման և քաղաքային տնտեսության մի շարք այլ ոլորտներում, ինչը նաև լրացուցիչ խթան է դառնում նորանոր ծրագրերի քննարկման ու դրանք կյանքի կոչելու համար»,- ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս առումով Երևանն ու Վիենը ևս կարող են ունենալ որոշակի փոխգործակցություն:
Վիենի քաղաքապետ Տիերի Կովակսն էլ իր հերթին, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության և հրավերի համար, առանձնակի կարևորել է երկու քաղաքների միջև գործընկերային հարաբերություններ ձևավորելու Երևանի քաղաքապետի պատրաստակամությունը. «Երևանում գտնվելն իսկապես հաճելի է, և պետք է խոստովանեմ, պարոն քաղաքապետ, որ արդեն հասցրել եմ հաճելիորեն զարմանալ Երևանի գրավիչ արտաքին տեսքով ու զարգացման տեմպերով: Ընդ որում, սա արդեն իմ երրորդ այցն է Երևան, ու կարող եմ վստահաբար ասել, որ ամեն անգամ Ձեր քաղաքը տեսնում եմ ավելի բարեկարգ խնամված ու հարմարավետ: Եվ թեկուզ հենց այս տեսանկյունից մեզ համար իսկապես կարևոր է որոշակի ոլորտներում գործընկերային հարաբերություններ հաստատել Երևանի հետ ու երկուստեք հաջողված փորձի փոխանակումներ ունենալ»,- նշել է Տիերի Կովակսը:
